Today, I stopped by to find out if my glasses I bought last year were under warranty since they broke in half last week. Ive a mixed bag of luck with this particular location, but its close so I keep coming. The man who helped me I believe is the general manager. I walk in and he and his co-worker are talking, they continue talking for about a minute then he looks at me and says, "What do you need?" Not, "How may I help you?" it even "Is there something I can assist you with?" What do you need? I got my glasses replaced under warranty and then I asked to have the frames adjusted since they didnt fit like the old ones. He did it, but it appeared I was putting him out to do so. As I was leaving, the female co-worker starts the conversation back up "So, now what were we going to to do about lunch?" Sorry, I so rudely interrupted your conversation in order for you to do your job.

My service here was not good. It is VERY unorganized. The front desk seems to not know whats going on. It lacks professionalism and seems to be a bunch of people right out of highschool. The doctor my first visit was rude, no personality, and not pleasant. The follow up she was better but just seems miserable. I do not usually write negative reviews but I feel people have the right to know this is not the place to go for quality eye service. It is a frustrating waste of time!

Great, friendly service, but a bad product, in my experience. The lenses fogged up and wouldnt stay clear. They even made new lenses, but still the same problem. These were progressives, with no special coating. They promptly refunded my money -- like I said, great service. I then went to a regular eye doctor, and got new glasses that worked fine (and actually cost less!).

Staff took the time to find a frame that would fit my face appropriately . Huge selection of frames unlike other providers in the area. The quality of lenses is also very good. If youre looking for quality at a fair price this is the place to go . For those folks like myself who are self-pay check the website for promotional deals

That young man from Texas A&M is a knowledgeable associate. He knew what he was doing and found me a frame that I love. The whole experience was great because everyone was nice and I got my glasses in an hour. Great place!

The service here is terrible. The kids that "work" here are lazy and will promise to call you when your glasses come in but rarely do until weeks and weeks later. Rather get your glasses at the Sams club nextdoor.

The staff is wonderful and proficient, however the wait time can be excessive at times. The location and hours make this place very convenient though.
