Stay away from this place. The customer service is HORRIBLE! First of all, when I made my appt. the staff got my insurance information, Im assuming to pre-authorize benefits. Day of appt. the Dr. wanted me to try a slight change in prescription for lenses......office didnt even have loaner lenses for me to take home and try. Then, they wanted me to pay half of my portion up-front before they would even order lense for me to just tryout. When it came time to order lenses, I paid the other half of my balance and the lenses were sent to my home fairly quickly. A week later, I get a call from office saying that my contact lense allowance wasnt available until April and they needed an additional $130 to be paid for the lenses. NOPE, I should have been informed at my appt. that my lense allowance wasnt available until April! Ive been wearing contact lenses for a very long time and was spoiled rotten by the customer service I received at other optometry offices. I previously used Massengale Eye Care, but chose to use this place becuase its closer to where we live now. At Massengale, they are not pushy about payment for lenses or glasses up front. They collect payment when lenses/glasses arrive. They always had loaner lenses for to take home if I needed them. The doctor I saw here was very nice and seemed to be competent, but his staff wasnt. I will drive all the way across town the next time I need my eyes examined. You should do the same.

I have been a patient of Dr. Walker’s for many, many YEARS (even before they moved into their current location). I highly recommend The Eye Care Center; friendly and helpful staff (especially when trying to decide between so many options in their frames selection!), always on-time appointments/never any excessive waiting, and they do a great job explaining what they are doing during the exam and letting you know what’s going on with your eye health. Excellent office hours, so it’s easy to schedule appointments. I have recommended The Eye Care Center to numerous friends and co-workers, and will continue to do that. I definitely recommend The Eye Care Center!

The Eye Care Center is best in Oklahoma City, Ok. Always professional and the customer service is suberb! I love the Eye Care Center. They are always willing to go the extra mile to accommodate the patients. My family has been patients for several years and the eye care center is like family. Dr Walker is the BEST, best, best ever in the state!!

I love the Eye Care Center. I have been a patient there for many years. Im very near sided so finding contacts that I can wear but still be comfortable at a computer screen is a challenge. They are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure the fit is correct and the prescription is the best it can be.

Very impressed with the patient care! I was in town for a medical procedure which forced me to get contacts at the last minute. We called and they worked me 45 minutes before they closed. Very happy with their service and patient care. I HIGHLY recommend them!!!!
