Dr. Karanges is patient and attentive! I had my eye exam with her last year in 2016 and all went well throughout my visit. Shes worth going back. The sales associates are also polite and helpful. The only issue at that time was that the glasses I purchased were expensive out of pocket and broke 2 times. The second time was not covered by insurance because of time frame. This year when I called to schedule an appointment and inquire about insurance coverage I was very disappointed with the customer service. I called on two different occasions and was misinformed about my insurance coverage. The representative was not friendly and acted reluctant to help me both times. I ended up calling back and speaking with someone else who actually took the 2 minutes to look up the correct information. Further, when I asked to speak to a manager to voice my concern I was told she was unavailable with no office contact information. I like this location and the doctor but can do without the poor customer service.

Ive been going here for a few years now. First time I went they were incredibly nice and thorough and never had any issues. But the last few times that I have gone Ive felt incredibly rushed. When I went for my contact fitting the doctor only gave me 2 types of contacts to try. When I said I didnt like either during the follow-up she just gave me the same brand again. I asked for a specific brand that a friend recommended and had a coupon from the manufacturer but the request was totally ignored. If you need glasses the Opticians are both very helpful and knowledgeable and thats the only reason my review isnt any lower than it is.

I called to ask a question in regard to glaucoma and the customer representative that answered the phone not only lacked knowledge but made things even worse by hanging up in my face all because she didn’t know the answer to my question or how to refer me to the correct answer. I called back because I thought she may have done it by mistake but when she answered the second time and I asked her “did you just hang up in my face.” She politely replies “yes I did.” I had my wife call back the third time and luckily the office manager Dana answered the phone to assist me. Bad customer service is completely unacceptable!

The staff are exceptional in their proficiency and care for their patients. The doctor that I saw (an older gentleman) was funny, engaging and knowledgable. He had a great sense of humor and a way of making you feel at ease. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an eye doctor.

Ive been going to Dr. Karanges for over 20 years and followed her in the early stages of her career. Shes awesome and so is the staff. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a true relationship with their eye doctor.
