I used to sing their praises. No more. I stopped by to get a copy of my records, and after pulling the file, opening it up, commenting on the amount of notes... I was then told they couldnt make a copy, and that I would have to wait until the next day. I then asked if I could at least read through it quickly, since I knew what to look for... Nope. What is this... Some twisted episode of Seinfeld? No explanation, no reasons given, nothing. How often do people have an urgent need for their records... Without having an urgent issue? This is someones health your dealing with, not what style if glasses Im choosing. Now Im suspicious of the reason, and wondering if pages will magically disappear, or if records will be altered. Why would you need to review records from 6 months ago before giving me a copy of what is in your hands? Did you miss something and are concerned I may have stumbled upon it? There really is no valid reason. Terrible.

TERRIBLE doctor! Charges for EVERYTHING! Rushed office visit and uncomfortable when choosing your prescription lenses to the point that prescriptions are often wrong. Fitting fees and if your prescription is wrong, there is a fee for that, too. This is not discussed up front. BEWARE...read ALL fine print on everything you sign. Wont change wrong prescription without a "recharge" fee even after I have had my optical department remake my lenses twice to ensure that was not the problem. Now I am stuck with these solutions from her office: 1. Pay my fee to see if your prescription is right. 2. Wear 2 pair of glasses. 3. Be stuck with a pair of glasses and no insurance. NONE Of which work for me because I cant see with any of the options nor can I afford them. I dont recommend this office at all.

They have the worst times that they are open. I went there 5 times and they werent open. They need better opening times.

Dr.Quyen is Amazing and really takes cares of her patients. Great experience !
