I have been going to Lens Crafters since I was in the 6th grade - I am now 39. Over the years the customer service level has gone from great and extremely helpful and professional to absolutely horrible. I was rushed - I was taken to the most expensive Oakley frames - the sales staff acted like they didnt have time to talk to me, I had to have my glasses re-made twice due to imperfections on the lenses. The management was condescending. I was told by sales staff that they cannot make lenses in 1 hour after 6:30pm however the store does not close until 9pm. I was also given 2 different times by different management staff. I have ended up with an expensive, sub par pair of glasses that I am not happy with. Although the error was on their part I was forced to use my insurance 1 time replacement and spend $54.00 to get the last pair. I would NOT recommend them. At least not this location any longer. I did have a good experience with the optometrist next door - however Dr. Jones is no longer there.

Lost my glasses yesterday and needed quick replacement. Only place I could find that did 1 hour glasses on a Sunday. Store was extremely busy but was still greeted promptly by several employees. Ty approached me and my daughter and did a great job of asking questions and investigating our needs (I work in sales myself, have great respect for that skill). Ty helped us find reasonably priced frames (another store actually had the nerve to tell my daughter that the color frames she wanted werent for her) and showed all options to get us best package and pricing. Everywhere else I have been since my last eye exam told me my insurance was of no help and that all I would be able to do was file for reimbursement. That bit of information didnt deter Ty and she looked at both what insurance and standard discounts could save me. Left with 2 great pairs of glasses and wont hesitate to return again in future.

My review is mostly for the optometrist office located next door. If I could review them I would but theyre not listed. Lenscrafters website lists the optometrist as being open until 7 and their store until 9. I am on a night schedule so these later hours are ideal for me. Drove nearly an hour to get there, walked in the optometrists office at 6. Nobody is waiting in the waiting room. They say they dont accept walk ins past 5:30. Really? You guys are open for an hour, nobody is waiting to be seen and you cant see me for a 10-15 minute exam? Complete waste of my time and because of this Lenscrafters lost my business. Lenscrafters website should list that their optometrists dont accept patients past a certain time. Not just their hours and that they accept walk ins. The customer assumes that if their business is open until 7 then they see people until 7 and thats not true. Disappointed.

The sales people, while polite, ate pushy abou upselling their lenses. I dont know how many times I had to tell them that I didnt want the scratch resistant lenses before they finally took it off of th order. Their wait times are horrible too, even in non-peak times. They had 3 people working on a Monday evening at I was still 25 minutes before they called the next person on the waiting list. There is a fine line between good customer attention and just being a chatty Cathy. And be advised, their "insurance" for replacement DOES NOT guarantee that they will replace your frames with the same ones you had not is it straight forward . I had a temple piece break on mine and had to go through "customer service" corporate, not the store, who informed me that they no longer carried that style but they would give me comparable credit towards another pair.

I see a lot of negative reviews which amazes me because Ive been going here for the last five years or so and they are amazing. The optometrists office has always been quick and easy, just schedule an appointment with them and show up on time. The staff next door are fantastic as well, they have never been rude or condescending to me and they are always very fast when helping me pick a frame out. I can show up looking awful in my pajamas and they dont judge me at all. I love this location and the staff so much, even after I moved to OKC Id drive here for my glasses and such.

This was a horrible experience. The employees were extremely rude, condescending, and definitely unprofessional. I asked if they took my insurance, two employees told me yes. After spending time picking out the frames I wanted and waiting for an available sales associate, the sales lady tells me they do not take my insurance. Go somewhere else. Dont waste your time here!

horrible experience!!! rude employees, i stood there yesterday for 15 minutes before anyone even decided to help me. there were 3 employees standing around doing nothing during this time.

Expect mostly disinterested employees after purchase and long wait times when there are more than two customers ahead of you. Take your money elsewhere.
