Warm, friendly staff helped me out in a major way during the Hurricane Harvey evacuation. I left both contacts and glasses behind when we left in a hurry, and I was unable to get a prescription from my optometrist as they were closed. The office responded to me on a very busy Saturday and Dr. Bui was able to get me some trial pairs to get me by. Very thankful for them and their wonderful service!

Women staff at the front desk were not interested in helping me, and made it clear they really didnt care. I figured they were just busy, but when I realized they were just sitting around chatting, I was extremely unhappy since I really needed some help picking out frames.
