I recently visited 1st Eye Care for the first time. I received the best, most informative (and enjoyable) eye exam ever from a friendly, personable doctor. I was impressed with all of the friendly staff and the service received from them. There was a billing error that occurred twice. They were having (temporary, I presume) problems with the lab serving them which was slow; sent an incomplete set of lenses, etc. It was all resolved and I would recommend the company to anyone seeking top quality care and product.

They dont have weekend hours and the frames salespeople apply a lot of pressure to buy there, buy now and buy expensive - if youre bargain shopping to stay within your insurance allowance they huff and puff and get visibly agitated about wasting their time on you - this applies especially to the younger attractive Asian woman and the elderly woman that I have dealt with. The eye doctor I saw was fine; friendly, professional and intelligent. However, I am going to find a place that has Saturday hours.

Love this place! Dr. Cole is fantastic. He is extremely knowledgeable and has all the latest technology for a professional eye exam. He also kept me entertained the whole time with his quirky jokes. Better than a dull eye exam in my opinion. Theres also a great selection of eye wear, perscription and non-prescription. Great experience and fantastic facility! I would recomend it.

Avoid if you want professional service and value for your money. It took a month for a simple lens order, then they come back incorrect, and the later replacements scratched. Finally, the staff warped the frames and failed replace them, even though they said they would. Theyre incompetence worn me down and I finally just gave up. A waste of $600.

They found perfect frames for his face, understand his specific needs as a young glasses-wearer, and even help us get the most out of our vision plan. I have been going to this office for years. Dr. Cole is very knowledgable and he genuinely cares about his patients. They have all the latest technology and a wide range of frames and sunglasses. The staff is great and super helpful. I always have a great experience. Would highly recommend Dr. Cole!!
