I had a really great experience at this location with warm, cheerful attention from the staff operating the front desk. Their frames selection is vast, in which I found clear lense, and sunglasses frames that I was very happy with. I was very impressed with the technology they utilized in their retinal imagery, glaucoma, and peripheral vision tests. Additionally, the digital screen utilized during the exam with Dr. Bashover was also great. While I would say Dr. Bashover does maintain a very neutral demeanor during the exam, I appreciate it from a sense that every step of the exam was very clearly communicated. Dr. Bashover also had a very honest discussion with me about their locations frame prices when I brought up the topic of a competitors current promotion. His openness to the discussion alone was enough for me not to consider purchasing the frames elsewhere. My clear lenses were completed in ~40 minutes while my sunglasses were a longer turnaround (~4 business days) due to the need to order the brown glass. 4 stars.

I never ever been treated so rude by a doctor before, when I asked him question about my vision he didnt answer me. He told me you gonna need glasses go up front , took me to a case of glasses and said look thru these. I was asking the staff, no one got up to help me. They was no help at all. The doctor didnt do a full exam on me at all. I was so disappointed with the service there , I wont be returning ever again. Customer Service is everything when dealing with people and they service is horrible. I went to America best and had to pay to get reexamine and the prescription wasnt the same as the doctor at Accent Optical because he rush through the half exam any way. I will not patronize this business again. Just rude!!!

The Optometrist was thorough, patient, and answered all of my questions. I appreciate that the office is state-of-the-art with the latest technology. I waited 15 minutes to see the optometrist. In the mean time, I filled out my patient records using their iPads, was given a diagnostic exam by an optician, and chose the frame I wanted to buy. The appointment took another 15 minutes, but I did not feel pressured to rush. The purchase of the frame took less than 5 minutes, and then I was out the door. My glasses were ready in 48 hours. Im super impressed by the staff at Accent Optical and I recommend them without hesitation.

Accent Optical in Lincoln Square is wonderful! I drive 3 hours from West Texas just due to Dr. Bashovers professionalism he takes his time and listens to my concerns. His office staff is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable in optic care, and in explaining my insurance benefits to me. They have a large selection of the most updated frames and I receive them in a timely manner. I receive so many compliments on the frames I have purchased from them. You will not find a better optical office it is well worth my drive.

Just to be fair, Dr. Bashover did a good job and was helpful. However, one of the staff ladies was soooo rude! They made a mistake filling out my personal information in a form, and when I asked that lady to correct the mistake she first argued that they were right and after I insisted for correction because the form was very important she behaved aggressively, rude, and insulting. I would rate the customer care Zero!

They made lenses with a STRONG prescription for my two year old (-22), something very difficult to find in an optometrist that accepts insurance. The glasses look great. We did not do the vision screening here, but we were able to drop off the frames here for the special lenses. This is our go-to place for high powered lenses for our children with special vision needs.

They treat people in the best way.. The staff up there is Awesome.. My doctor Matthew is the best eye doctor ever!! He is so professional & super Nice.. ive been going there for 10 yrs because they treat u like family..

The staff was very friendly and helped me pick out the cutest glasses ever. I cant see to pick any good ones out. Extremely kid friendly. They also have Saturday hours!!!
