After having trouble with a new pair of lenses, I have not been able to get and solution, or even a question answered, after THREE WEEKS. Calls not returned, and was even told, "Can you call us back? We are in a meeting." Wow. Ive already paid for the lenses that I have not even received and I wont be able to wear them anyway. Working in a health care office myself, this experience was very disheartening, as I know my office treats every patient with care and immediate attention to any issues. Will not return.

Optometrist was very professional and attentive. Made sure I was getting the right prescription. Got both progressive and computer glasses. Both are perfect. Glasses came in about a week. From my experience, I would definitely recommend them.
