I live in Southlake so I visited this place to renew my contact lens prescription. The service was poor in that I had to wait 30 min after my scheduled appt. to see the eye doctor ( why dont you set up the appt at when the doctor is available!!!?) Also, the most annoying thing was they processed my contact lens order so slow that I had to wait three weeks to get them in mail!!!!!!!!! OMG if I just took my prescription somewhere else to purchase my contact lenses, I wouldve got them within a week. Please do not use this location. you will get upset... :(
