A rather quiet, pleasant office was our first impression. Took 2 of my 3 daughters to see Dr. Parker. He did a great refraction on both of them and I was impressed with how well the children minded him for the exam. This was their first eye exams and ended up needing glasses after all, which I was surprised about b/c I am an ophthalmic assistant myself and do eye exams all day long on my own patients!... Anyhow, all the ladies there in the office were super and some were remarking at how they cant wait to have kids too. They were really helpful w/narrowing down frames that would work for both girls and really honed in on which glasses would be to their liking by taking into consideration which styles they liked, wanting no nosepieces and certain colors etc. Not only did my girls totally flip over their new glasses they decided on selecting, but the staff was just so generous about letting me pay the balance owed on the frames ($25 for each of the frames) due to me being a single Mom & this eye exam having come up last minute at the recommendation of both kids teachers w/school having just started. Not only was it generous of them, but it really showed a lot of woman-to-woman compassion and understanding that I was a single mom trying to do my best for my girls. Thanks, ladies! It wont ever be forgotten how wonderful you made their own personal ophthalmology experience go. They couldnt be more tickled w/their glasses and they are seeing really well! Oh and after 2-3 days after picking up their glasses, 1 of my girls was having trouble w/hers being a bit tight. We went in for an adjustment and its felt great for her ever since they fixed them at where they sit at her temples when she has her glasses on. Thanks, Vision City! Not only were you right around the corner from our neighborhood, but we were so pleased with everything from start to finish! Thank you ever so much! - Kim Feaster, Claire, Holly & Ella McMahon

Front desk answers my initial call and tryies her best to prevent me from coming in because it was 50 minutes from closing. I ask, "Are you accepting walk ins? She responds," Yes but we are currently booked and its best you come in mon - fri." I respond, " So does that mean if I come in now theres a possibility I wont be seen or it will just be a wait?" She starts to act as if she cannot hear me. I repeat again. After 3 attempts I hang up. I call back and she hears me fine but when i ask again about the walk in issue she acts as if she cannot hear me again. By this time I am at the office. I walk in and I am seen without any issue. And was pulled back within 8 minutes. Totally different than the conversation I had on the phone and a lady from the back assisted me quickly. The doctor was very quick and I was out in 35 minutes. I go back to pick my glasses the next day. But my contacts are not ready. No big deal. I get a call 7 days later to pick up my contacts and I rush there before closing. Only to put them on the very next morning and the word demo is on my contacts. And the box reads DEMO NOT FOR SALE SAMPLE ONLY. I did not pay for DEMO CONTACTS...............AS IF YOU COULD NOT READ THIS IN MY EYE. Crazy terrible FD Customer service and to think they would charge me for demos. Demos are meant to try on at the office to select the type of contact you would like to order. The worse part is when trying on the demos they did not even have the color I wanted in a demo to try on but they ordered me demos to wear on a daily basis. I am totally disappointed in the service. Currently waiting on a call back after being put on hold for 20 minutes with out any resolves.

I had a check-up here last year and remember the doctor being friendly, efficient, and professional. However, when I scheduled my yearly check-up for this year, I was very disappointed with the whole experience. I called to schedule about 2 weeks in advance and confirmed a 5:15 pm appointment for Monday. The Saturday before I was woken up before 9 am with a call confirming my 5:30 pm appointment. Then on Sunday I received a text confirming my 5 pm appointment. Then Monday morning at work I received a call, and the confused receptionist confirmed my 5:30 pm appointment, but asked if I could arrive at 5:15. I let her know that my work is not flexible, but I would try to come in early. Ultimately, I didnt make it to the office until 5:30, and was informed by the secretary that the doctor had left! She stated, "I didnt know if you were coming or not, so the doctor left." After calling me twice at inconvenient times and sending a text in the previous days, she didnt think to call again to ask if I was on my way the day of my appointment. Embarrassingly poor customer service and job performance - honestly, how hard is it to schedule appointments, when that is the primary function of your job?

I recently went in and had an eye examination and got new frames/lenses. The examination was thorough and yielded a prescription that took a little time to get used to, but ended up being exactly what I needed. My vision with my glasses is better than ever. The staff was courteous and helpful. I was able to pick out frames and get out the door in no time. Had to wait to get the finished product, but that was a limitation of my vision insurance. They look like they have a fully furnished lab for making lenses in the back. During the time it took me to get adjusted to the new prescription, they were very patient and I was able to come in and get slight adjustments made until everything felt right. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and the next time I need glasses, Ill likely come back here again.

How can I not love Dr. Dinh???!! She is the most down to earth, witty, funny, personable and professional doctor I have ever met! I personally dont like anything or anyone near my eyes but Dr. Dinh has a way of making you forget youre even receiving an eye examination because shes just so AWESOME!! Not to mention Bailey and Eli are AMAZING!!!! Bailey answered all my questions on the phone and relayed my eyewear requests to Eli. And upon my arrival Eli had already picked out the perfect pair for me--two actually!! There is no other place Id rather go, matter fact--I will not go anywhere else. I love Vision City!!! :)

Not impressed. Went for my first eye exam with them and she only did 2 tests and then sent me out to get fitted for contacts. I made the appointment and they said I would get a contact and glasses prescription and a pair of contacts to try. No one ever told me I would have to pay $60 on top of my copay to get the trial. I told her they didnt feel right and that my eyes were not focusing correctly and she said try them for two weeks. The doc was nice, but not thorough and they lady for contacts had no idea what was going on. Very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone.
