Starting with checking in, front desk was rude maybe hormonal due to being pregnant; non the less shouldnt address patients as if you have been repeating yourself over and over. Just had ask to repeat a question that was not quite clear and facial expression along with tone of voice started off uncomfortable. The testing process was next and along with the exam with Dr. T was the only part of the experience that left an impact. Tester was as clear as can be with testing instructions and Doctor as informative as I had expected; all questions and concerns were answered. Final straw or strike was standing around in optical department to pick glasses and for someone to help in process of choosing out glasses. Being the first time having to use glasses, I was open to their profressional opinion until I decided not to stick around due to the chart had been skipped once to then be assumed we spoke only spanish. Had us wait to only be racially profiled as spanish speaking only. Common courtesy would have been to ask in English if we need help first off all then address or discover we need translation. In conclusion, have never been offended or felt as uncomfortable in a healthcare office as I did here. Definitely not returning or recommending this place.

I Normally dont write on reviews unless its out of dire need. This place have failed to meet any expectations from a couple of experiences Ive had with them. I am in the medical field and have certain expectations for myself and my staff when dealing with clients/patients. The support staff were unknowledgeable and unwilling to help. The optometrists were good unlike the ancillary staff who were rude and unprofessional. Also, this place is pricier than many around the surrounding area but I dont mind paying extra as long as I recieve the expected service along with it. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone who expects professionalism and knowledgeable support staff.

I had been walking around with 1 contact for a week and happened to look this place up on the internet, they actually didnt have any appointments but Sarah (who was SUPER SWEET!!) told me to hurry and get there because the doctor could fit me in.....on top of being absolutely handsome....=) Dr. Bowers was attentive, thorough, and quick. Before I knew it he had me examined, gave me an option for some great color contacts, and asked to see me back in 2 weeks. Needless to say this place is AWESOME!! I will be a long time patient and will be referring more customers. When they say they are "Best in Sight" you better believe them!

Went for an eye exam for my 3 year old toddler. I loved how kid friendly they are and their playroom is actually sound proof so they wont bother the other people waiting! They were very patient taking his eye pressure and going over my options explaining everything to me. The doctor was definitely well experienced and immediately knew what my child needed and got a pretty accurate prescription for him. Loved the variety of glasses they had for son.

Very Slow!!! I was there 2 weeks ago, and saw 2 pair of glasses that I liked. I ordered one through my insurance at Vision Expo, and went home and ordered the other one online, from the UK. I am currently wearing the ones from the UK (and have been for a couple of days), with my prescription in them. I still havent received my glasses from Vision Expo. Im a little perplexed at the amount of time it takes to get glasses made here.

If i could give it "0" stars i would i have. Old classmate that went here and lets just say the Doctor whos name begins wiyh a T and a male i just plan unprofessional i cant believe he told her " I dont know who quoted your eye exam for $22 but that wont keep my lights on they should have quoted you $100"! If this is a representation of your business it needs to be ran in the ground!

I was very pleased with the amazing customer service I received from Candace. She was professional, courteous, and very helpful. Unfortunately, their office did not accept my insurance. However, she took the time to educate me and provide me with additional information to help me get my daughter her glasses. She is a great asset to this office!

Just called to make an appointment and the person at the front desk was rude so I decided to go with another company. She told me should couldnt check my insurance to tell me how much it would cost me until the day before which is B.S. Also when I asked if she was going to apologize she said no. I will never be returning back to this location.

Im editing my review on Vision Expo for a third time now ... long story short, Ive been going to see Dr. Twamley and/or Vision Expo since 1999, so they must be doing something right. In all those years Ive been upset twice, the rest of the visits have been very good experiences.

Today I had a very bad experience. The receptionist very rude. I think if you do not like to treat people, you should change jobs. Or maybe as much racism for the new president as we are Hispanics wanted to treat us wrong. Old grub at us does not detract us from treating badly.

Not sure why I even make an appointment for a certain time if I dont even go back until 30+ mins after my original start time. Not a 1st time visit so they have everything on file. 3rd time this has happened. Will be looking for a new place.

$140 for year supply of contracts and visit. I have insurance but fair price. If it was less Id five star it. For this being my first time here with paper work and the exam it took 30 mins easily. Very quick in and out. Staff nice.

Staff and doctors very friendly and professional. I had an eye issue that required several follow-up appointments and was completely pleased with the resolution. Easy to get an appointment and they also take walk-ins.

Dr Twamley is the best in the area by far!!! As far as Vision Screenings and things like treat duct plugs there is nowhere better near Arlington!!!
