Ive been meaning to write a shining review for this store for a while now! Its a long review, but I really, really do love this place. One day, I went to a different Eyecrafters to get my lenses done. I had neglected the importance of anti-glare glass, so I didnt ask for it. While I was running errands by this city, I realized that I made a grave mistake and immediately wanted to have new lenses made. Bear in mind that this is New Years Day, and the mall was SLAMMED. I called in and Will really helped me out and told me to swing by to get my glasses redone, no problem. After battling the traffic, I came about 30 mintes till close. One of the people in the store (I did not catch his name, unfortunately), agreed to let me stay till after close so I didnt have to go home without my glasses. As it turned out, he got them done BEFORE close and they were absolutely perfect. This Eyecrafters location really does care about their service, and they will take the best care of you!! I was a huge inconvenience to everyone in the store, but regardless, they were kind and professional with me. I owe a huge thank you to this Eyecrafters team. :) If you are thinking of purchasing new glasses, please try them out.

Awesome.... Fast.....BEST PRICES IN DFW... The policy on prices at this particular location is if you dont ask then you wont get a deal but if you ask theyre sure to give you a deal
