I was in a car accident when I was 4 and a skiing accident when I was 11. Over the years, my body developed more misalignments and by the time I was in my 20s, I was in excruciating pain all over! I couldnt work much for a while and I was constantly nauseated, which made it difficult to eat. I was unable to stand, sit, walk, run or do much of anything for even short lengths of time. Life was miserable! The medical community offered no answers, but gladly prescribed pain killers and anti-inflammatory drugs, which I reluctantly took on occasion. I didnt want to cover up symptoms, I wanted to be well. I went through MANY various kinds of treatments over the years, to no avail. I started seeing a chiropractor shortly after the skiing accident in 6th grade. However, 22 years after that, since going to 14 other chiropractors and lots if other doctors, I have to recommend Dr. Jennifer Bett as one of THE BEST! She has been one of the few who has given me hope and has been successful in treating me! She genuinely cares about her patients and Im not just a number there. Dr. Jenn will take the time to find out whats really going on and responds appropriately. The staff is great! They are very warm and friendly. Kendal and Barb are great massage therapists too. My healing process continues and Im so encouraged! Im 33 years old now and just in the past 2 years or so have been able to eat well for the first time in my adult life! Rarely am I nauseated. Im able to do all kinds of physical activities I couldnt previously do. My husband and I went on a 7 mile bike ride a couple times a few months ago! God has been healing me through various means, such as changing my diet, doing the Egoscue Method (physical therapy) with John Elder and definitely through Dr. Jenn! If youre looking for someone who is not out to get your money, but is willing and able to help you heal, LOOK NO FURTHER!!!!! Call Bett Family Chiropractic!

This is by far the best chiropractic experience that I have ever had. What a breath of fresh air! I tried several offices in the area and I found them to be pushy with treatment plans that involve you signing your life away for a year and paying thousands of dollars. I left those offices without a true understanding of what my diagnosis was and what the best course of action would be. It all seemed generalized and rushed. I scheduled with Family Chiropractic after being referred by a co-worker who swore that I would like it. She was right! The most important thing is that I finally understand what has been going on with me. They sat me down and discussed my options for care. OPTIONS!!! I was given exercises to work on at home that have been helping between visits and to help build my core muscles. My pain level has been reduced. All of that said, I highly recommend that you try this office before wasting time somewhere else. You will love it, too.

Dr. Jen, Dr. Saria and the whole staff have become like close family. Ive been adjusting since after having my little boy, Stuart, who is now 4! Stuart has literally grown up in their office. Everyone knows me by name, knows my family and our story. They greet us with big smiles and hugs - especially Stuart (lets be honest, he has those gals wrapped around his little finger - um, Ms. Heidi!). Its the most beautiful and relaxing atmosphere with the best service. And best of all - THEY LISTEN & PAY ATTENTION. I got hand written notes of love and hugs after a miscarriage. I cannot sing this offices praises enough. They truly LOVE their patients. But if you still dont believe me, maybe this story will express our experience - last week my child had a complete meltdown because he WASNT getting adjusted. Im talking tears, bawling and begging for an adjustment because "I dont feel right, mama. I need to feel better." Proof right there.

I was in the area visiting family and pulled something in my neck/shoulder area. Feeling incredibly miserable I did a little research online and found this office. They were able to squeeze me in same day and allowed for plenty of time with the doctor and a massage. Heather helped me on the phone and was there when I arrived, she is SO friendly and welcoming. It was like wed known each other forever. I felt like a new person by the end of my appointment and was able to enjoy the rest of my trip completely pain free! In fact, I feel better now than I have in a long time. The doctor and massage therapist were very thorough and comforting with an exceptional bedside manor. I highly recommend checking this office out if you live in or are visiting the area. Wish I could visit weekly! Thank you for such an amazing experience!

Terrible! I was referred by a friend after a car accident. When I called for the appointment I explained that it was part of a car accident claim and that the insurance company would be paying. The person who took my appointment understood and never mentioned any issue with that. It was also never brought up when they called to confirm my appointment. After taking half the day off from work and sitting in the office for 30 minutes...I was then told that payment was due at the time of service regardless of it being a car accident claim and they were inflexible although it was their error. I was shocked by this news and left feeling as though my time was completely disrespected due to poor information provided at the time I made the appoint and no mention of it when I sat there for 30 minutes before the appointment.

This is an amazing practice. Convenient location near Brentwood offices, residences and the interstate. Dr. Jen and Dr. Saira are top-notch chiropractors who take the time to listen and get to know you personally and remember the details. The new office is modern and comfortable and appointments run efficiently. There is even a separate room if you need to bring small children so you can do therapies and get adjusted without worrying about your kids running off or disturbing other patients. We have been regular patients for several years and have improved our health tremendously. We rarely get sick despite having two small children who are around other kids constantly, and I attribute a good portion of that to the chiropractic care we get at this office. Highly recommended!

I am SO thankful I have found Family Chiropractic! I had a bad experience in another office with insurance and billing. But when I contacted FC, they were clear and concise from the beginning and answered all my questions with ease. I look forward to every adjustment and all the friendly smiles from the gals. Just walking into the office makes my day brighter. After just 4 adjustments I can already feel a difference in my back and neck - I can pick up my 1 year old son without shooting pain now! These Dr. Saira is so intuitive and attentive, I feel like Ive known her for years. I cant gush enough about this office. Dont delay, make an appointment. Your health and body have no idea what they are missing.
