I love the chiropractors. Dr. Ryan is very personable and professional. However, Im disappointed that additional adjustments went up 100% without any notice whatsoever. A very nasty surprise when I went in on 4/5/16 and was told on the spot. Still cheaper than most chiropractors, but Im suddenly finding them not as affordable. My bill just doubled since I feel the need to go about 9 times in a month. So now Im going to have to tone back on adjustments and bear through pain because I feel like I cant afford it as much as I used to. Whoever sends out the emails to keep customers updated let the ball completely drop on this one. Thats no way to treat a customer. I would understand a couple of dollars jump, it wouldve been easier to swallow; but either way, you let a customer know in advance and not surprise them at the door. I would also prefer reminders of extra visits told to me in hushed tones. I feel like its announced to the whole room and I have no privacy.

Love coming here! Both Dr.s are very clear in the fact that their goal is for a routine and maintenance approach. If you havent been to a chiropractor in months/years dont think you can come once every other week and expect miracles - you just dont have realistic expectations and that isnt the Dr.s fault. I committed to coming twice a week for the first month after not seeing a chiropractor regularly in years and I feel amazing now. I had been limping over the past year from a hip injury and have finally quit favoring that leg - a year of physical therapy hasnt even fully accomplished that! Its now been two months of regular visits and The Joint - Brentwood is one of my favorite places to stop in during the week. 15 minutes - in & out. Highly, highly recommend.

I love the accessibility and flexibility of The Joint Chiropractic. I have needed chiropractic care for years, and many times have had to forgo treatment in the past due to limited office hours and hefty fees. At The Joint, I can go to the chiropractor when I need to; I dont have to wait for the office to fit me into their schedule. Also, by having so many flexible plans, I can receive affordable treatment not only for myself, but for my whole family as they need it. And when they dont need it, I can easily adjust our plan with out lengthy commitments or contracts. Thanks to The Joint for being a lifesaver for me, and for my family. We love you! Dont ever leave us! : )

Excellent experience today on my first visit at The Joint, the Chiropractic practice in Brentwood. From the warm greeting when I first walked in, to the consultive approach Dr. Walters took time to go over my neck issue and listen to me, before the adjustment, it was a great experience. The adjustment Dr. Walters did was pain free and very relieving. Im quite sure Ill be a return patient especially since its easy to get in and out of and located in Brentwood (same plaza as Target and Panera Bread). Very convenient to Crieve Hall, Brentwood and Nashville. I highly recamend The Joint in Brentwood.

The doctors are very versatile in their techniques and accommodating as far as being more gentle or more forceful. They can use the Thompson drop tables well, which is really important to me. Ive gone to a lot of chiropractors. The Joint is a great way to go for maintenance. However, if youve never gone to a chiropractor and are in a lot of pain, I suggest going somewhere for x-rays first. Once you know what the problem is, you can make better decisions about getting adjusted (or not). This Joint and the location in Cool Springs are both excellent for adjustments.

From the moment I walk in, to the excellent care I receive from Dr. Footit...which is topnotch...Friendly greeting, never had to wait more than 8 minutes. Which is great when youre in tooth-grinding, grimacing pain... The moment the adjustment is finished- Instant Relief...Hallelujah! I come from Hendersonville to see him. Id go anyplace for that instant relief, from my lower back pain... Thank you Dr. Ryan Footit and Staff! Keep puttin that healin on the people! And the people all said, "Amen!"

The Joint is an outstanding chiropractic care facility that is perfect for professionals, parents, coaches, and anyone else on the go. The rates are very competitive and my wife and I can be in and out in ten minutes. The chiropractors are very professional as well as friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Alignments are fast as well as comfortable and they treat you like family. Front desk personnel are very outgoing and make you feel at home. Cannot say enough good things about them.

This place is great! I have been getting adjustments for the last 4 years and this was by far one of the best I have ever gotten. Being a wrestler at West Point has put a lot of strain on my lower back and neck, but after my visit with Dr. Walters I left feeling light on my feet and without any back or neck pain. Members of the staff were very kind and helpful. Service was great and they were able to get me in and out very fast without even making an appointment.

After finding Dr. Footit at the Joint in Brentwood (and Dr. Fowler at The Joint in Nashville ), my search for excellent chiropractic care is over. Both Drs. do an excellent job of listening which is critical in understanding how best address my adjustment needs. I cannot provide higher recommendations in exceeding my expectations and providing relief.

I really tried to like the doc here but he introduced himself and said "you know anything I do can kill you". Boy what a start. And his technique is really rough. Ive been 3 times - Hoping he was maybe in a bad mood the first two tries - but no he is just someone who doesnt care about his patient or his technique. Will have to eat the up front $$ I paid for the package because I truly dont want to die.

I have been going to a chiropractor for 5 years and Dr. Grandes adjustment is the best I have ever had. I left and continued with my work-day feeling so rejuvenated. The staff and the doctor were so friendly and easy to get along with, I left with uplifted spirits as well. Not to mention you cant beat these prices! I will definitely be going back to The Joint Brentwood!

As an aerial athlete, Im always putting my body under stress and going to the chiropractor is just one way I take care of it. Ive paid what I pay here per month for a single visit at other chiropractic facilities, and havent received nearly the quality of care at other places as I receive at The Joint.
