Ive been seeing Dr. W for more than 10 years and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking chiropractic care and/or a general improvement to their health. I am a person who doesnt respond well to the typical method of chiropractic adjustment (which I jokingly refer to as "yank and slam"). While that method is effective, I tend to be sore for several days after. After moving to Nashville, I sought a chiropractor who specializes in low-impact techniques. Dr. W was the perfect choice. She has put me back together after horseback riding accidents and snow skiing mishaps and helped me manage the occasional health issue. I can always count on her for an honest assessment of my current situation and an accurate determination of the time it will take for me to recover. I know that she and the team at For Your Wellness take my well-being to heart.

Before working for Dr. Walkerwicz, I was also a patient of hers. Her adjustments are top-notch, her professionalism is great, and her knowledge is unparalleled. I recommend all of my friends and family to see Dr. Walkerwicz... Never have I ever heard such positive feedback day in and day out about anyone! Dr. Young is just as amazing. He has a very different adjusting style and approach to chiropractic, but it works! He is not only a great person and easy to talk to, but he is also very knowledgeable and helpful. All in all, if you are needing chiropractic care to help with neck/back pain, headaches, perinatal/prenatal care, pediatric care, or if you are just wanting to maintain overall wellness... This is the place to go!

Dr. Walkerwicz is just great! I began seeing her early in my pregnancy in 2014. She is very knowledgeable as well as friendly, welcoming, and compassionate. She is excellent with children, which I especially appreciate, as she now adjusts both my 3 year old and my 6 month old.The staff there is equally wonderful. I really appreciate that I am often able to make appointments on short notice. I also appreciate that Dr. Walkerwicz and her staff remember us each time; there is a real relationship there with their clients. I wholeheartedly recommend For Your Wellness to anyone with a need for chiropractic, and especially to anyone who needs adjustments during pregnancy and/or for your children.

Ive been visiting Dr. Sheldon Young at For Your Wellness for adjustments for a little under a year, and hes been great. While he understands the benefits to your total health of regular chiropractic adjustments, he asks about your specific needs/ailments in order to provide the services that you want, as often as you want them. He doesnt do a high pressure pitch to get you back more than you want to be there like many chiropractors Ive been to before. The facilities are clean and inviting and are convenient to people in the Brentwood/South Nashville area. With appointments starting at 8 am on weekdays, you can get a quick adjustment on your way to work

Kristen and her team are wonderful! I have seen them many times for a deep-heating ultrasound for my mastitis. The sessions helped clear up the mastitis almost immediately. The office is clean, very very child-friendly (my kids look forward to going), client-friendly and accommodating. They did everything possible to fit me into their schedule that day in order to help make me more comfortable. I would definitely recommend For Your Wellness for a whole variety of wellness needs.

I have been to see Dr Young at Wellness Chiropractic many times over the past year as I suffer from lower back pain and am recovering from hip replacement surgery. The care I receive from Dr Young is thorough and effective. Dr Young followed up with exercises for me to do at home. I received massage many times along with adjustments and that really helped. The office staff is friendly and great! I am in and out quickly always with kind words!

Our 2 month old started to act like he was in extream discomfort. The pediatrician just kept saying he would grow out of it. Took him to Dr. W and within 10 minutes she told us what was wrong and had him back to a smiling baby again in one visit. She is so awesome I set up an appointment for myself as well.
