One of my colleagues recommended this place to me and I went for a cleaning. It had been a long time since I had been to the dentist; a few years or so. I primarily decided to go because the military told me I had to get my teeth fixed. I was very impressed by their friendliness, professionalism, and flexibility. After my initial cleaning, I was concerned by how sensitive my teeth and gums were so I contacted them. The dentist contacted me back within two hours or so and let me know that my symptoms were pretty normal given the fact that I hadnt been to the dentist in several years and I had a lot of residue that had been scraped off. From the front desk receptionist Brenda to the dental assistants to the dentist himself, everyone is very friendly, answer your questions, and take care of you. They are genuine and care about making you feel as comfortable as possible, especially for those who are a little bit afraid of the dentist. :)

They called 3 times to reschedule my appointment which I did and when I showed up for the appointment they said I was 1/2 an hour early. (They had called and asked if I could switch my appointment to half an hour later and I said, very, very clearly that I could not!) Couldnt seem to get their act together. They left me sitting in the chair for 45 minutes before they actually started doing any work. Will NOT be going back and will be paying out of my own pocket for my family to go see a different dentist since I wasted my allowance of insurance coverage on this visit. Their loss since we are a family of 6. The chairs were dirty, not really something I wanted to see when Im sitting there with my mouth hanging open. On the flip side I really loved our hygienists. They were both fantastic and super nice.

Recently moved to the area and needed to find a new dentist. Reception and scheduling the cleaning was a breeze, all insurance info was taken care of and previous dental records were sent over. The cleaning was great and she was super friendly and conversational (as much as one can be in the situation). To top it off Dr. Schwartz was fantastic, he is extremely personable and thorough, provided answers to my questions and it never once seemed like I was being pushed along in the process to get to the next patient. Definitely coming back.

I went here for a last minute root canal after having a horrifying experience at the Plymouth location. I hate dentists, they terrify me, always have. Dr ozturk was very nice and was making sure I understood what was going on before and during the procedure. He wanted to make sure I didnt feel pain and told me how to signal if I felt something at any time. The staff were also very nice and personable. Ill definitely be going back.

My kids and I have been to this clinic a few times and each time our experience has been great. The staff are super friendly and not only was Dr. S gentle and took his time with me , he was especially fantastic to my twins who are on the autism spectrum. We will definitely be going back!

Fantastic staff and a very fun environment. I had a great time from when I walked in the door until I left. Dr. Schwartz is also fantastic! I would highly recommend Gentle Dentistry in Spring Park to anyone!

They did a root canal on me and it fell apart before I got to the car. Infection and alot of pain now. And they wont do anything unless I pay for the procedure again, yeah right .do not go there!
