They have 2 locations, one in Arlington the other in Mansfield, I went to the one in Mansfield, but Im positive they are both the same in experience. So, to start off, I really liked the front desk staff. They were nice and explained everything in detail even when I spoke with them over the phone. The doctors assistant, Janet was so sweet. She was easy to talk to. She seemed to really sympathize with my pain, and not only that but she went beyond and made my little girl feel comfortable and at ease. Now, I had Dr. Tiffany and oh my gosh she was wonderful. She knew what she was talking about and was so nice! I highly recommend her! Ive had this specific problem for 3 years! So if things dont work out with the medicine then Ill go again. Ill try to keep you all posted with a second update on things and how they go. I post when I have a positive experience because I know how hard it is to find a doctor that actually cares and also if a facility is doing an awesome job then they deserve a good review. All that to say Dr. Tiffany is real good at caring and shes a great doctor!

Absolutely wonderful. As my first experience at a dermatologist I really didnt know what to expect. My appointment was with Allison and she was fabulous. The girl, Im sorry I dont remember you name, who took my information and history was so nice and made me feel comfortable. She was extremely personable. Now Allison who actually did the procedure was gentle. I was so tense but everything was painless and quick. I was in and out withing 45 minutes. Cannot say good enough things.

She should not be listed as pediatric dermatologist. They were supposed to do a pre with for my sons steroids weeks ago. Hes been itching and suffering at night. I called the pharmacy called, nothing was done. I called to cancel his next appt and told him hes been suffering and thanks for not caring. All she replied with was "OK got him canceled" nothing else. Clearly they dont care about children or any patients for that matter.

As you come in the staff is extremely helpful and can answer lots of related questions. As a first time patient the check in progress was quick and easy. Its done via tablet. Every business should consider it in my opinion. Dr Lisa moody is highly professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She makes you feel very comfortable during the examination process. Highly recommended! Very good first impression. Excellent PA-C
