Awful, will charge to your insurance as a consultation instead of dr visit after being treated in order to get more money out of pocket. She was reported to the Better Business Bureau. Although her office tried to defend themselves in the comments below, they were rude, and unresponsive when I was trying to solve the problem. My insurance charges a 40$ co pay for a Doctors visit which they happily accepted from me when I was leaving the appointment. They then proceeded to file it to my insurance as a consultation, there is no co pay for a consultation, and costed me an additional 90$ out of pocket. It is not my insurances job to know that it was filed wrong considering they were not provided with any other information other then the coding. INSURANCE FRAUD. The statement below that my insurance agreed is FALSE. The insurance agent told me that there was nothing they could do unless the doctors office decided to refile the claim. In which they refused. In fact they would not even have their office manager answer or return my calls to discuss it. Before I even knew I had a remaining balance they had turned it in to a debt collector, who has already proceeded to file it to my credit report. By the way not to mention the horrible appointment anyways, she just looked at my skin briefly and prescribed me antibiotics. Which also rules out the fact that it could even be a consultation. If you are treated it CANNOT be filed as a consultation. AGAIN INSURANCE FRAUD. I think the person in the reviews were below were correct on them staying open due to insurance scams. So I would advice avoiding the whole situation and using a different doctor.

Shes okay. First off, she looks nothing like her photo on her website, shes probably 10 years older than she was in that picture. I went to her for a mild acne issue, and she made it seem like I had cystic acne. Anywho, I was in her exam room for 30 minutes and she gave me a lesson on dermatology, uh thats not why I came, and when I say lesson, she basically gave me information you would learn in a class room and some of it I didnt care to know. I just wanted her to tell me what I needed to do to take care of this, spare me the medical terms. Her billing policy is a little much, you are required to make full payment after each visit, and if you are unable to make payments within 30 days it goes to collections. I know she has to maintain a business, but 30 days really? Oh and I forgot, if you have a balance you cant make an appointment but I guess thats with any doctor, just hope you dont have skin issues before you complete paying off your bill.

I went to see Dr. Henry with a problem regarding my scalp and hair loss. She told me that it could have been cause due to some medicine I am taking, and that sounded reasonable, but even she was confused about some dark spots that appear and disappear on my scalp, so she ordered a biopsy on one of those "moles". She sounded like she did not believe me when I told her they were appearing and disappearing though. When they got the results to the biopsy they called me saying these spots were not things that "come and go" (basically that I was making this up), and that was it. Nothing else was said or done, they did not recommend anything or helped me at all. They were very rude and unprofessional. I wish I would have been treated more humanly, I am still trying to figure out what is going on with my problem. Oh well...

Most terrible dermatologist in the USA. My daughter went in to get a wart removed; simple procedure right! Not for this office. They froze it off, well attempted to, but it didnt take. With insurance from BCBS cost over 250.00, so literally you would think if it didnt work they would repeat, but no. Even my dentist guarantees his work. No wonder this office has low reviews. I cannot even. Relieve Clara Henry still has patients. Her staff is even worse. They are rude, put you on hold a thousand times, and dont care about patients. My daughter is 11 years old and they didnt care to help her out. I will copy this review on every site I can find. Places like this need to be permanently closed.

Though there are some bad reviews of Dr. Henry on here, I decided to see her. Other dermatologists in the area were telling me a minumum 4 month wait since Im a new patient but I only waited a week with Dr. Henry. I was in and out in 20 minutes! That included her examining several moles, explaining them to me, and cutting two off for biopsy. She is straight to the point but friendly and we talked casually during the procedure. I like doctors like her that get you in and get you out. I dont have time to sit in an office all day. She explained everything to me to where I could understand and gave me options for treatment. Ill stick with Dr. Henry in the future.

Dr Henrys clinical skills are excellent! I was having problems getting proper treatment for a condition I had been struggling with for almost a month. She got me in the next day. She was very understanding of my agitation and frustration and it did not intimidate her one bit. She did a biopsy that day and provided a treatment plan that was efficient, reasonable and one that I could clearly understand when I left. Furthermore, she did not abandon her patient. She followed up with me to see how things were going and thoroughly explained my results and how to continue treatment.

I was not happy with the care I received from Dr. Henry. After an extremely long wait, she met with me for only a few minutes. On my first (and last visit) to her office she did not even take the time to look at the problem I was seeing her for, only listened briefly to my complaint and then perscriped a few things and rushed me out the door. I felt that she had a very negative attitude and poor bedside manner. I also felt that she was simply seeing as many patients as possible with no regard to quality of service. I would not recommend her or her practice.

My appt was for a cyst removal. The office staff was very friendly and my wait time upon arrival was less than 10 minutes. Dr. Henry was very polite and professional. She is extremely sure-handed and explained everything that she was doing prior to doing it. Quick and painless, but thorough. My follow-up visit a week later to have the stitches removed was an even easier visit/process, but just as consistent as with the week prior. Should I require a dermatologist again in the future, I will not hesitate to visit Dr Henry.

Ive been going to this doctor for about a year and a half now and i am proud to say i have switched dermatologists. everytime ive been there ive sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes to an hour and then when im finally seen she would talk to me for a max of about five minutes, the entire time i went to her she kept me on the same two types of medication that didnt even work. When i would explain to her that it wasnt working she would tell me that i wasnt doing it correctly. she is horrible. do not go to her.
