ABSOLUTELY DISSATISFIED..... EQUIPMENT WAS OUTDATED.. WHEN YOU WALK INTO THE OFFICE THE WHOLE OFFICE LOOKS AS IF ITS STUCK IN THE 70S. I SHOULD HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY AND RAND. BUT I DIDNT WANT TO JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER SO I DECIDED TO STAY. THE FRAMES CHOICE WAS VERY LIMITED. AND I FELT THE DECENT FRAMES WAS OVER PRICE. I DIDNT WANT GRANNY FRAMES ON MY FACE... SO I SPENT THE EXTRA BUCKS. [FYI... I PAID FOR THE WHOLE SERVICE OUT OF POCKET].POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAD TO WAIT FOR THE DOCTOR AND I TOLD MRS. PAT I NEEDED TO GET TO WORK. SHE SAID HELL BE RIGHT THERE. BUT OF COURSE I WAS LATE FOR WORK. IVE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES TO ADD TRANSITION TO MY LENS. WHEN THEY FINALLY RETURNED MY CALL.THEY SAID IT WAS TO LATE TO ADD TRANSACTIONS. AND IF I REALLY WANT IT I WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR NEW LENSES PLUS THE COST OF TRANSITIONS..UMMM NO THANKS IVE ALREADY PAID $520 TO THIS OFFICE I WILL NOT SPEND ADDITIONAL $200-$300 FOR SOMETHING THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN ADDED IF THEY WOULD HAVE ANSWERED THE PHONE.

Great Optometrist, my family and I have been going to him for years. He takes care of all of our needs, and if your up front about what you want in your glasses or contacts he makes sure you are taken care. Mrs. Pat who is his CSR is a very kind older lady and does everything old school, but she makes sure its done right. She actually lives a few houses down from my parents so if we ever need anything shes there. Great family owned Optometrists, Ive tried other places but no one makes you feel as comfortable as Dr. Guy does. My family and I would recommend this place to anyone who doesnt want to get screwed over by a corporate Optometrist.

Office is a little out of date and equipment up front is a tad old but I like the new receptionist shes nice a tries to work quickly for you. Dr. Guy Scarozza is amazing. He always takes his time to make sure everything is right for you and explains things clearly. Ive been going to him for over 3 years.
