I found a pair of Ernest Hemingway frames at Optic Nerve and Chris, the manager, quoted me $250 for the frames and lenses (which, by the way, I found for $39 online). Returned the same day and spoke to Audrey, she quoted me $200. Why the price difference? Audrey was going to order me the frames in a different color and told me they would arrive in a few days. I called repeatedly to see if my frames were in, but no one ever answered or returned my call. Optic Nerve only seems to be interested in selling to you once your in the store to make a fast buck.

If there is one word to describe the service at Optic Nerve, I would put it as - Exceptional. Both Courtney and Chris were truly customer oriented, knew what they were talking about, their professionalism comes right through. I was there earlier this week getting my prescription sunglasses. What would normally take at least two weeks for a custom order, I couldnt believe that these two pulled it off in two days. Excellent work and great customer service. Thanks Courtney and Chris. A job well done.

My wife and I recently got our yearly eye exam and glasses from Optic Nerve. The exam felt rushed. The sales staff used high preasure tactics and didnt inform us very well about our options and cost. We ended up buying glasses that day and then finding out that we were over charged. My wifes glasses ended up costing double what they should have with our insurance and my glasses were 60 dollars more than they should have been.

Brittany, Chris and Curtis are the best and we love working with one of them every year. Initial greeting was quite rude. I was told there wasnt an appointment available for several weeks and the tone suggested I was dumb for even asking. During scheduling that tone never left. The appointment appointment itself was fantastic however and the Dr. was very kind, professional and patient. Perhaps its just my tastes but I found the selection wanting.

We have been using Optic Nerve for several years for our entire family. My teenager loves all the Oakley products and the amazing service received on Oakley products. Chris is great at helping us pick out glasses. He provides the best service. :) Overall, great products, current trends/styles, great customer service.

People, who work there, can not keep their own words. First time they made my sunglasses wrong. Second time my sunglasses were not made at all as they promise. Three weeks passed and all what it was just wasting my time. Not reliable company.

This place is expensive. I came here because it was under the network ok VSP, but walmart and American eye center were much more cheaper than here with similar frames and lens types. Also, horrible customee service. Too much attitude.
