When I was young, I had a negative perception about LensCrafters and eye doctors who aligned themselves with the brand. A couple years ago I tagged along to this location with a friend who needed glasses—I was kind of surprised that a stylish and modern person would choose this company, so I had to see for myself, and once we were there I was shocked to see the absolute quality of the selection of frames they offered. I found frames I loved and immediately made an appointment for an eye exam to confirm my prescription before purchasing (although a purchase is not at all required with an exam). Ive been seeing the doctors there ever since (Drs. Mark and Jamie Horvath)- they are amazing- Ive learned things about my vision that I never knew before and I trust them implicitly as experts in eye health, independent from the equally impressive LensCrafters brand.

Very disappointed with my experience today at LensCrafters in Polaris. I went there for an eye appointment to get new glasses. When I registered they asked for my medical card but I didnt think much about it. When I came out after my appointment they told me I had a $20 co-pay. My vision insurance does not have a co-pay so I questioned it. They said because the doctor told me I had "dry eyes" that they were billing an extra $120 through my medical insurance and I had to pay a $20 co-pay. Beyond frustrated and walked out of there with no glasses. Would definitely not recommend LensCrafters! Shady if you ask me!

I have been going to Dr. Leach for several years now and feel confident that she is the best doctor for my vision. The examinations are in depth and I walk out feeling like my eye health has been completely checked and I am free from worry for another year. I have had a few issues with my eyes and she was able to heal the problems without sending me on to another doctor. I would recommend Dr. Leach and the Horvath Vision Care to anyone looking for the finest eye care I know of. Why go somewhere you arent sure of when I can tell you for sure, they are best!

I will never go back there, and never recommend them to anyone else. Last Saturday, spent 2 hours of time in their office for Eye Exam ,.. pre-exam started after 1 hour and again close to 30 mins of waiting and final eye exam ..review old data, questions and collecting info , just routine eye exam, ...charged for diff codes, which is just 3 times of Costo ophthalmologist charges...Nothing Great!

I was impressed with Horvaths latest equipment, and glasses or "eye engineering" techniques, and also the people and Doctors. Quick, efficient,kind, and accurate... I would recommed them to anyone seeking the current status of their eye health, and/or pursuing new lenses as needed! Easy in, easy out, no hassle....
