I had a appointment on June 8 ,I get in there, and found out someone messed up and erased me out the system. I showed that I confirmed my appointment through text as I did last year. So I had to wait to see if I can be seen after they messed up. The eye doctor was able to see me, but that seem like it was an issue for her.Did my normal routine and got fitted for glasses, and was told 2 weeks. Today I called July 11 to be told that I have not paid for the glasses. I Never was told there was a fee by the girl that sized me. Never was informed of anything as far as money that needed to paid. If I was aware I would have paid before I left because I liked the glasses I chose. Each time I have been in there it was a set of new faces. This set of people do not know what they are doing. Safe to say I will not be going back to this place. there was a couple fresh faces, and it is very obvious they have not been trained well because all of them looked confused when it came to figuring out what was going on. When it comes to my vision I can not offord for mistakes to be made. They made one to many!!

The doctor that I had, Dr. Heather Bowen, I feel needed to be a little more pleasant and little nicer. I felt rushed and didnt feel like I was being properly assisted. Going in there, I had some questions. The reason I went there in the first place was because I noticed some issues with my eyes and was a little concerned, but she did not give me the opportunity to ask questions. I noticed the place was getting busy, and that may have been the reason I wasnt given the opportunity to ask but it doesnt matter. While she was examining my eyes, she didnt really tell me what she was doing cause once again she was rushing I feel. The staff was really nice, but a bit unprofessional. They were hollering out the kind of insurance plans everyone had out loud. Some had Medicaid and may not necessarily want to disclose that information. They were not discreet at all.

During what I considered my regular routine eye exam, turned out to be "sight-saving"! Because of the caring professionalism of Dr. Jones and her staff, my eyesight was saved from total, permanent blindness! During Dr. Jones thorough, intense examination of my eyes, she discovered a problem in the retina; immediately her staff made arrangements, not just refer me, to be seen by an ophthalmologist surgeon within 24 hours. Dr. Jones and her staff are truly influenced by the "Divine"!

As a patient for the last 5 or more years, I have experienced nothing short of professionalism. Dr. Jones is very personable and goes the extra mile to make you comfortable. The staff, on arrival great you with a smile or friendly hello. The wait is never too long and the parking is perfect.

Ive been with Devine Family Eyecare for several years and I appreciate the family atmosphere they foster. I would recommend them to anyone who hasnt had their eyes checked in a year or simply in need or want a new pair of glasses. They will take care of you!!!

The eye doctor that i had she said my life and my eye sight. I am truly thankful and grateful to have such a wonderful eye doctor. I would highly recommend this place for anyone by themselves or who has a family. The best eye care place i ever found!

Staff was nice and courteous, I wish the insurances had a better selection of frames, especially CARESOURCE but Divine probably has nothing to do with selection. Overall a great place with excellent and fast service

The doctor here is very professional and smart. Staff seems uninterested and inconvenienced but they get the job done and they take medicaid. Not bad. Ill be going back.
