I tried to schedule an appointment over the phone as a new patient and received terrible assistance. After inquiring about appointments, the receptionist offered an available spot. I asked a question about other available appointment hours, but inevitably decide to go with the first offered available spot. Seems either that spot filled up in the 60 seconds it took to for me to ask a question and pry a response from the receptionist, or there actually wasnt ever an available spot. I wasnt left feeling confident about making this appointment or any potential future ones if this was the type of service and response Ill receive at the front door.

Horrible assiantnace over the phone. I was looking to be a new patient and was asking questions about how they do things and the lady wasnt very helpful and seemed like I was almost bothering her. Honestly I was so frustrated I just hung up. Definitely wont be going there especially if I didnt even feel comfortable over the phone.

I really like him and have always felt confident in his abilities... in fact, he clearly is a professional who stays up on the latest research in the industry. You can just tell when you interact with him.

Dr Oatney and the Staff at Riverview Eye Associates have just been great. Our whole family goes here. We are high maintenance and they are always willing to tweak straight when I sit on them or make sure we get new contacts right away when we loose a box. These guys really look after us. Jim Cox
