Summary: Good, efficient eye exam. 5 out of 5 stars for basic eye exam because it was efficient, professional I am new to the area, and so I tried to find a place to get an eye exam through google review like this one. I was really frustrated to see that all of the review resembled Adams (way to nice and non-specific/possibly done by an employee) and Melissas (the possibly crazy customer/fluke bad experience) reviews. So, I assure you that I do not work for Dr. Smiley, and I tend to think of myself as a level-headed person. It would be helpful if more people would leave reviews regardless of which eye doctor you go to. It only takes a few minutes!!!!! Service: Regular eye exam. Office/Personnel: Helpful/friendly office staff both on the phone and in person. Wait: Short. My appointment was at 9:15am and there was no one else in the waiting room. I got there 10min early for paper work. I waited 5min (probably because they were processing the paperwork) to have the assistant to do pre-exam tests. Then, I waited another 5 min for Dr. Smiley to come once in the room. Office/equipment: Clean/orderly. Equipment seemed all up to date. Dr. Smiley: Professional. Confident. Efficient. I am in the process for applying to med school, and we had a sincere conversation about that. I liked this place, and will probably go back next year for my eye exam.

My employer recently switch vision insurance provides forcing me to look for a new eye doctor within my network. Dr. Smiley and his staff were very professional, polite and helpful all the way from scheduling my eye exam to picking up my glasses. His staff was also very patient and helpful when picking out my new frames and determining how much insurance would pay. I would recommend Dr. Smiley to anyone.

I recently moved and needed to get my eyes checked/glasses updated. Dr. Smiley came as a referral from a friend. He always has a smile on his face and was able to address my needs with precision. The glasses selection was also lovely. It normally takes me a while to find a pair I love; not this time! :)
