The doctor was okay. She was friendly but seemed really pushy when it came to the daily contact lens. I repeatly told her they dont fit my lifestyle and the cost was more then I wanted to spend. She then told me I should budget for them for next year. I thought it was rude and she made me feel cheap. The staff at that store was AWFUL. No personality at all. On my first appointment I received two contacts to try for two weeks and was not purchasing glasses. The lady who checked me out for my exam was so rude. I was trying to ask about prices on the contacts and she seemed bothered to take the time to look up the price. I could tell that she wanted to rush over to the lady looking at glasses. She did leave me a few times to talk with the other customer and she was very friendly with her but when speaking with me she was very short. I work in sales and I know your employees make commissions off of what they sell and she knew I wasnt buying so she was done with me. She gave me prices and then walked away. I stood there and she was like did you need something else? I said yes I want to know what my insurance covers. She quickly and rudely said "just take $100 off th prices I gave you, have a nice day." In my hand I had a ton of paperwork and boxes of the daily contacts she didnt even offer me a bag, so I went behind her desk and grabbed one! No customer service at all. At my follow up appointment the staff was so friendly! That was until I told them Im not ordering anything from them. I was so disgusted with how I was treated I refuse to give any employee there my sale. So I got a copy of my RX and took my business elsewhere. Its really a shame because our LensCrafters where we used to live was wonderful. I do not recommend this store to anyone and I will never step foot into a LensCrafters again!

This is legitimately the worst place Ive ever gone too for my eyes. The doctor here is SO rude and treated me like Im a child. Im 20 years old. Ive had contacts for over 4 years and I know what to do with them. She had a bad attitude and treated me with no respect at all just because Im young. Made ME PAY for a check up visit that SHE requested because she didnt believe anything I said. I didnt even need a checkup.... all I needed was new contacts... I will never go here again because of this doctor. Very very rude.

I have been wearing eye glasses for over 15 years. My most recent pair are from LensCrafters. These are the most expensive eye glasses I have ever purchased, frame is fine but the Lens is just awful. I purchased the highest quality lens available with anti-glare. These are the worst lenses I have ever had...they scratch and mark very easily. In my opinion and based on experience, Costco lenses are of higher quality and durability and cost much less!!!!
