Literally the WORST customer service you will ever receive. My first visit was in October, due to my prescription being strong, my contacts would take a few weeks. I was told that I would be notified when my contacts came in; however, I NEVER was. Once I called them and got in to schedule a contact class which was a month later, the woman assisting me, Lisa, had ZERO patience and didnt want to take the time to work with me to put the contacts in. She blamed my nails, saying that I wouldnt be able to get them in and took her OWN fingers and put them in MY eye to remove the contacts. She told me to get my nails cut down and return the next day. When I returned, I had another lady assist me, I believe her name was Debbie, who was more patient than Lisa but still not patient enough for me. When I wasnt getting the contacts in fast enough I got frustrated and ended up calling my mom for support because I just felt as if I was being rushed. Just imagine, every time the contact falls, someone says "Nope, gotta try again", its annoying.I snapped on Debbie out of frustration, but later apologized. She was understanding. Anyway, I finally got the contacts and left with them. Went to Pearl Vision Ferndale who are AMAZING btw and they took the time to make sure I knew how to put in and remove them. I called to schedule a follow up appt to finalize my prescription; however, no dates worked for the doctor I had to see. They said they would call me back, NEVER DID. By the time, I got around to calling back, I had lost one of the contacts, so they had to order new ones, which take 2-3 weeks. When they arrived in the office, no one called to let me know. I call them and they tell me the earliest they can get me in is next week on Monday. I need my contacts now...THEY HAVE THE WORST COMMUNICATION EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER will I EVER go here again and you shouldnt either!

Deserves NO STARS because me and my wife went in and they waited to tell us they were it of network when it came down for the payment and I was trying to figure out why they prices wasnt matching with what my insurance covers and all she could say was Im not sure idky and they finally decided to tell me they were out of NETWORK. Our insurance covers $180 and they went and they decided to LIE and say "I JUST CALLED VSP AND THEY ONLY COVER $75" when we clearly see it says $180 on our website for our glasses. So then we go to a in network and what do you know EVERYTHING MATCHES.

Went in for my first eye exam in a very long time. Was taken care of quickly and everyone I talked to was kind. I ended up needing glasses, picked them out, they said they could take up to two weeks to receive but got a call to pick them up in only two days. Another plus is I was able to get a Sunday appt.
