its a rip off. my mom got an eye exam and they give her a prescription way off. paid over $200 for it and the frame $120 which is fine, depends on whay you pick but the actuall lenses close to $500. They said keep it for 2 weeks and my mom a day or two later told them she had a headache and she couldnt see clear. She wont and got a test somewhere else and it came out with differemt result. Test was only $70. and paid again for new lenses but this time my mom can see perfectly. We would like for the manager or whoever Refunds my moms test $210 since it was a bad test results for her and obviously the wrong lenses prescripted by them $490. All these mess happened with 30 days. and the insurance she bought for them.

They area not truthful. Went there yesterday specifically asked if they accepted VSP Premier Insurance. They said yes they do. Got my eyes checked by Horvath Vision Care the eye doctor on site. The doctor was great no complaints there. Went back to the lens crafter portion pick out new glasses. When I went to pay the cost was triple what I was estimating to pay. Found out they only give a small discount. Hence 3 times my estimated cost. Never once was I told that they were an Out of Network provider for VSP until the end. Check your insurance and question everything they say here.

Went in for my annual exam which is fully covered by my vision insurance. After everything was done, I was asked to pay $140 because they said I was consulted for medical issues and not vision. They said because I reported that I have dry eyes, they need to run this through my medical insurance and not vision because I was consulted for medical issues? WTF? This did not make any sense and I guess they are figuring out ways to extract money from patients. Anyways I will be reporting this. I do not recommend this place.

Went in for frame replacement as a first time customer because myou previous eye care establishment no longer carried the frames that I liked. I told them i was in a rush. Not only did they have what I wanted in multiple color options, but they were able to get me in for an exam that day(which i hadnt had in three years). And they had my glasses made in about an hour. This was important because my glasses had broken and I didnt have to go without them. Staff was impeccable. Exceeded my expectations.

These people were excellent. They took such good care of me measure my eyes are very soft with the sales part and got my glasses which will be ready later today and they offered an appointment with the optometrist literally two days later and I made the appointment online. I enjoyed the experience so much that Im literally voice recording this review while I am driving home from the appointment. They did a great job

Rip off. For regular eye & contact check up they charge $230, if you go to target or walmart or sears you can get same check up for $120. None of their technician are certified, all of them are college students. So if you like to pay tons and be handled by some one who does not understand physiology of human eye, you should definitely visit them.

I recommend Horvath for eye exams. I do not recommend purchasing glasses from LensCrafters. Waiting period communicated is 3-7 days, then turns into 7-10 days, which then goes to 14 days. The main reason to purchase from LensCrafters in the past was a short waiting period. Today you pay the same price and wait twice as long.

Arrived at 3:30 for my 3:30 Apt, silly me. Took 30 min to start. Then after the initial tests waited another 20 to go to the exam room. Oh and then they told me about this test that is of vital importance to judge the health of my eye... it only costs and extra $35. Sure glad I have them to help.

After getting an eye exam elsewhere I transferred my prescriptions over to LensCrafters. The whole process for my son and me was less 5-10 minutes. So awesome and a lot more affordable. Very friendly and quick, this was also about 8PM on a Saturday!

Omgoodness.☺I loved my experience at this location. My husband and I received the best service ever. My glasses are spot on. I can see again. I love the frames selection. The service was phenomenal. Love.

aggravating work flow, three trips to get new bifocal lenses . Even with Lenscrafter taking my vision coverage I think Costco Vision is cheaper.

You cant email me a copy of the prescription, you can only fax it? This is 2013, not 1993, what a joke.
