Dr Waite is a very caring doctor. Always explains what he is doing before he does it. Takes his time. Isnt arrogant. If you are eye phobic like I am this is a good place to go. No the waiting room doesnt have a fish tank and club chairs but I dont care as long as I and my family are well taken care of. My mother likes him because he isnt pushy or "cocky". Doesnt try to upsell either.

The waiting area looked dirty, the doctor seemed bored and they didnt even call me to tell me my glasses were ready. I went here because it was the closest place I could find to Merion Village...next time I will drive further.

Well all I have done so far is make an appointment for my daughter, the lady who answered was rude. I am hoping the visit and the Dr will be better.
