I originally would have recommended this facility. However, I would not trust the staff here at this point. They urged me to get an unnecessary procedure stating my insurance would cover it. I took their recommendation, which was unsuccessful. They were unprepared with equipment at the first visit and asked me to come back to do the procedure on my second eye. The optometrist said that sometimes they do a test trial in the first eye to see if it helps and then do the second. No, no. They just didnt have the right equipment. When I spoke with them I was told they reordered the correct size for both eyes and to come back and they would complete the procedure. So basically they put something in my eye that wasnt the right fit? That makes me pretty uncomfortable going back, wouldnt you think? Okay, so they charged me for a procedure that they ordered the wrong size for, told me my insurance company would pay for it, and then they want me to come back? Their reply back to me was they wouldnt charge me for another visit.... Well duh! They didnt have the right equipment the first time why would they expect me to pay for their error. This is highly disappointing. The unsuccessful procedure is now costing me over $100.00 with nothing to show and all I wanted was prescription strength eye drops. Which I was told were very costly. Funny, I wouldnt think eye drops would cost over $100. How upsetting for someone who doesnt have an extra $100 to throw around. At the end of our conversation, their employee stated and I quote " are you going to give me your credit card number to pay for this, because its going to look really bad if we turn you into a collection agency." Ummm What?!?! Excuse me, but I have yet receive a bill in the mail to even have the chance to submit a payment. Save yourself the hassle and try a place that will give you proper care.

This was my first visit to Eyes on High, and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. The office was incredibly clean and well-maintained, their selection of glasses was great, and the parking in the rear was spacious and easily accessible. Dr. Melissa Bennett has one of the best bedside manners of any doctor Ive been to. She was thorough, incredibly upbeat, and more than willing to answer any and all questions I had. The same can be said for the rest of the staff. I have CareSource insurance, and while they are notorious for being a bit picky at times, I didnt have a single issue at Eyes on High. There arent a TON of quality, in-network eye doctors in the Columbus area, so I couldnt recommend this location more. Simply phenomenal experience all around. I will be back soon and recommending it to all of my friends in need of an eye doctor.

I dont usually post reviews but I had such a great experience that I had to! Firstly, the font desk attendant, John is extremely nice and has gone above and beyond to help me figure out what exactly I needed from my new insurance company. All the staff that are in the front room are welcoming, helpful, and very nice. I saw Dr David Bennett and he was very nice and very knowledgeable. He was willing to answer all the questions I had and did a thorough examination of my eyes. (Ive had experiences where the exam was much less than thorough). Im glad I chose to go to Eyes on High and can see this place being a regular eye doctor for me!

By far the best place I have been. The Optometrists are very attentive to detail and will not stop working with you until everything is perfect. I dont see the same Optometrist each time but the quality of care is never different. I am on my third contact lens trial trying to perfect it and there is never any hesitation to keep working. On top of that, the office staff is also incredibly nice and helpful. Dont hesitate to give this place a try!

I came in with my step-son to pick up his reading glasses, and I was surprised at how bad the customer service was. Not only did they up sell simple reading glasses with transitions lenses, but they also seem to be confused with the idea of speaking to an adult versus a nine-year old child. That is, until there was a balance to be paid. 10 out of 10 would not recommend.

Dr. Karen is very nice and patient. I went to her when I first got contact lenses and she was very competent. Also Dr. Bennett is extremely nice as well and theres no pressure to like the contacts she recommends- she really wants you to feel comfortable in the before ordering them! Appointments are on time as well which is great.

Pleasant experience all around, Dr. Bennett and Dr. Kloman were nice. Erin was very thorough in helping select a frame. I had some minor issues with my glasses and they were happy to recheck my prescription. Delcina made some adjustments to my frame and voila. Thanks again!

erin is cool, really friendly. cool fuzzy rug, cool frames, the back area is super cool karen gave me a really thorough eye exam albeit a bit uncomfortable. she walked me through the process and i enjoyed talking to her!
