5 stars for the doctor! Unfortunately, she is severely handicapped by the horrible staff. I dont think they could be any worse. Currently they are trying to charge me $70 for a contact lens fitting that never happened. They sure charged my insurance though- so now I have to wait a year before I can go somewhere else, unless I want to pay out of pocket for a new exam. I couldnt get my glasses here either, I came in twice to choose frames and both times I was told they were too busy - not wait for my turn, just leave! I was able to get glasses elsewhere, but they wont release my contact rx. Let me emphasize that they already charged my insurance, but they want an additional $70 . This charge was never mentioned, not when I made the appt, not when I had the exam, not when I picked up the sample lenses, only when I tried to buy lenses. I made a point of confirming my insurance payout at the desk prior to the exam, and this additional charge never came up. Let me add that I was never instructed to return for a fitting, in fact when I picked up the samples they were in a big hurry to push me out the door, Ive been wearing contacts since 1974 and always had a fitting. This staff firmly stated that I was "all set" and stared me down until I turned around and left. The desk staff seems to be preoccupied with something, certainly not customers - Ive never seen more than 1 other customer in the building. Theres staff members standing outside the front door smoking when you walk up, maybe they might consider going out the back door to do that. Altogether, now Im out the insurance benefit for a year because of these fools, and Ill have to pay for an exam at a reputable place to get contacts. Just dont go here.

Worst place ever to do business with. Quote one price and then charge you another. Then they charge $50.00 bucks for a trial pair of contacts, (53.00) bucks for a box at Sams club. Wiil NEVER step foot in any of their locations. NOTE THE EYE DR. WAS GREAT !!!!!

Terrible customer service. Appointment time was a joke. I was early and waited a half hour after the appointment time. Then left. Dont come here. I wont ever be back.

It was OK, the eye doctor was great! Customer service was helpful and supportive, I just wish your glasses would come sooner, but its not their fault I guess.
