Autumn Marie

Dr. Jan and her staff are Class A. They understand the time constraints of working individuals and insurances that may not cover all of what a patient needs. Dr. Jan herself makes you feel at ease and feel like a person, not like the chain store mantras of a patient being another number or part of a quota that needs to be met. Shes a lovely person and makes you feel comfortable and that your eye health matters to her just as much as it matters to you. The office staff is superb, and lighthearted. They make the time pass and are willing to help you answer any questions you have. They also help pick the frames that look good on you, and not walk out of there looking like a hot mess. Dr. Jan is my Eye Doctor, I suggest you make her yours.

The staff is so genuinely kind, patient and caring. They answered all of my questions regarding insurance and walked me through the costs/fee of my appointment with so much patience. Dr. Moennig was very kind and thorough. I liked how down the earth she was. She showed genuine concern for my vision problems and made recommendations that would fit my medical and financial needs. It was such a great experience that I recommended my boyfriend come all the way from St. Pete to see her.

Have been a patient for several years. Great doctor and great staff. Dr. M is very thorough and takes time to make sure your are satisfied and most importantly able to see. The staff is always courteous, follows up and makes sure you are taken care of in a timely manner. Have recommended friends and they love them as well.
