It was a fews ago I visited this location and at the time loved the experience. I also referred several people to this location. I called today to get my prescription b/c my glasses have scratches and it makes driving at night very difficult. The person on the other end of the phone (Allison/???) was very polite at first, I asked for my pupil distance was placed on a hold, after they came back to the phone, I was told I would need to pay them more money ($15) to get this information. Didnt I already pay you once for this information? Why would you hold it from me? Makes no sense!!!! Would not recommend unless you plan on getting glasses/contacts and never have to call back.

Dr V has the most thorough comprehensive service for children. She sees adults as well but has cared for my 3 children for several years. My son has a very abnormal muscular disorder and Dr. V took the time to consult with colleagues and attend seminars to be more familiar for my sons sake. I am so thankful for her care and service. He has improved greatly and I am thankful for Dr V and her team.
