Tried to call the office to tell them that I would be a few minutes for my appointment but the phone rang an rang left a message but no wone called back. My wife called them an got threw they informed us that the doctor wouldnt wait but just go on home to me thats very unprofessional an very piss poor Office staff and this was my second appointment with them. They will never have my business again Ill just go to lens crafters to get better service there.

Im sure the service would have been great, if we had been able to be seen. I was told upon arrival that I needed to present a physical card for insurance to prevent fraud. My eye insurance does not issue cards, as I tried to explain to the person staffing the front desk. They had all necessary information to verify coverage prior to the appointment. Unless you have a physical insurance card, dont bother making an appointment.
