Worst experience, ever!!! Called this office to schedule son for wisdom tooth removal. Thoroughly explained problem to Flormans very rude assistant (Ms. Rude). I am a new RN and not insured yet so son on Medicaid. Im also more than qualified to assess the situation. Time was of the essence, due to son will loose coverage in one month. Arrived early to fill forms, but forms not given till Florman was 1/2 late for out time. When son was taken back, Florman did not introduce self, nor say hello to son. Barked directions to son, rushed Xrays and tooth cleaning, injured sons gums to point of bleeding, in process of rushing. Son was literally out in 15 minutes. 15 minutes was not a proper appointment, nor, did he fix the problem of the impacted tooth. He told me my son needed his teeth out and referred me to a surgeon. Florman became belligerent when I questioned why he didnt fix the problem, since I explained what he needed, before coming, stating he doesnt do extractions. Ms. Rude chimed in that they dont diagnose over the phone. I said it would have been professional to let me know Florman didnt extract teeth and would have only referred us elsewhere. When I said I feel they wasted our time, Florman said to his assistant, "OK, dont give them the referral. Lets see if they get serviced then." Wow, I couldnt believe I was being treated like this. I should have gone to Case Western School of Dentistry, in the first place. I was just trying to save a 25 min. drive. Ive already made an appointment. They give wonderful service and the absolute best service for any Medicaid patient.

Had to put one star to post. ..wish there were negative stars. Horrible. From moment in door the assistant and Dr didnt listen to me about my fear and my seizures. They talked to each other as if I werent there. The chair was bungee cord tied and he didnt ask me anything, just pushed chair back and started scraping my teeth which are extremely sensitive. I had tears running down my cheeks, he never stopped and after ten min of pain he stops and says you have abscess teeth I cant help you. He sat me up, walked out of room and the assistant gave me napkin and walked out. No follow up instructions or any help with my cracked tooth. I stood in front office after it waiting for one of them to come out, after ten min I walked out in tears. He is the reason most people hate dentist. No compassion, no caring, no feeling at all. I went to him over 15 years ago and came home with the whole left side of my face bruised from tooth pulled, I had to go to him this time because my tooth chipped and my insurance only had him listed, I would never go to him again nor send my worst enemy there. A nightmare. ....plain and simple.

Mr. Forman is a great general dentist and his assistant is awesome as well. Been going there for about 15 years give or take. Never once have I had a bad experience. My daughter recently started going there as well, she is also a satisfied customer! Anyone complaining about them is probably the same "type" that complain about free stuff they receive! Some of the complaints dont even sound valid. Why even give a review and bash someone. But yes I recommend these pros 150%

Been going to them for years. NEVER had an issue. They are through and very kind. Best dentist Ive gone to since my last one years ago retired. As for the negative reviews... often people fail to leave out how they act first towards someone. If you walk in with an attitude or are a "know it all" because you went to dentist school, then of course people wont take kindly to that. Its a common problem. Especially with RNs who self diagnose everything.

I never even got through the door with this dentist. I was attempting to get the details of my insurance coverage and the secretary was rud and condescending. I had no choice but to say thank you for your time and move on. I would warn anyone away. Your reception staff is the publics window to your business and this businesss window should read condemned.

I had a great experiance with this dentist. The secretary was not rude, but very helpful. The dentist was friendly and did a great job cleaning my teeth. I am going back to have a small filling put in, and had no problem getting an appointment. Would recommend him to anyone!

I had visited Dr Florman years ago...Never once did I witness anything rude..I found both the secretary and Dr Florman to be kind,informative and caring and would have no problem visiting him again. Nick C.
