I had an appointment on Saturday, February 20, 2016 at 2:00PM. I was told on the phone that my first visit would be for an x-rays, an exam, and a treatment plan. First, the x-rays were the most uncomfortable that I have ever had. I was in pain from trying to bite down on hard plastic (I am used to x-rays with some discomfort but not pain). The equipment I was biting down on kept moving and only prolonged the x-rays as they needed to be done multiple times to get a good picture. Second, I was moved into the exam room where I had the dentist as me about an impacted tooth and then he did a brief exam before he told me a hygienist would come in to look at my gums and take measurements. I told him I was aware of the tooth and he did not say anything after. He told me I had no cavities and the hygienist would be in shortly. After the hygienist did her exam and measurements, she told me that I had three back teeth with gum wear issues and some other teeth that had minor issues. She also told me that I should get a water pik because I have crowding. This was all fine and I knew that I would have some issues but I did not think it was anything severe. After the hygienist left, I sat in the room for what seemed like 10 minutes waiting for someone to go over my next appointment, another person came by and took me into another room where they told me that I needed a cleaning with deep scaling and I would have to come in every two to four months for follow up care. Then the big shock came... almost $2000 to have my teeth cleaned! My insurance would cover half but, still $1000 to have my teeth cleaned! Granted, I havent had a cleaning in about a year but I didnt think it would cost me a grand to have my teeth cleaned. I told them no thank you and they tried to tell me about a payment plan and financing... and I still told them no thank you. Thank goodness my exam was covered by insurance. I will not be going to Aspen Dental again. I will trying making an appointment with my previous dentist no matter how inconvenient it may be. Never again will I go to Aspen Dental.

I wish I could give this business 0 stars. From the moment I made my appointment they were nothing but a pain to deal with. They called me a dozen times to confirm my appointment which is aggravating when you need to use your phone for work. Then, they cancelled my appointment because their only hygienist was sick and didnt call me. So after 2 reschedulings I make an appointment for a cleaning and at the appointment. I waited an hour while they checked my insurance, they told me I was approved, and then THEY DIDNT CLEAN MY TEETH. They looked in my mouth, took X-rays, made "observations" and then rescheduled me for another appointment. I couldnt find anyone else who could take me before they could so I went again. The cleaning was satisfactory, not great, but before I left they made me wait an hour for billing. I got my bill and it was outrageous. It should have been covered by insurance, as they told me. I asked for a breakdown of charges and they messed around for a half hour before giving it to me. Turns out there were 2 reasons it was so high: 1. They included the cost of a teeth whitening treatment I did not receive and 2. They lied when they said I was covered my insurance. "Put it on your healthcare account card" they said. I tried fighting it and told them it was ridiculous and signed for the smaller amount that they said was to "resubmit it to insurance." Fast forward 6 months I get a call. They accidentally sent me to collections when my insurance agreed to cover it. This company is full of incompetent individuals with a poor billing system and an inability to properly do their jobs. I hope they go out of business or fire that moron at the front desk.

My experience here was absolutely awful I drove an hour away just to be seen at a sooner time. First of all the dental assistant didnt even know why I was there so she started to take unecessary X-rays, but it was okay, she only got through one before she realized I needed to be seated to talk to the Dr. Once Dr.Adams got in there. His demeanor was strange, he didnt carry himself as a medical professional. He came off very rude, and I couldnt tell if he was unsure of himself or if he was just fed up with me asking him questions about my problem. He was very arrogant and reluctant to help me with my TMJ. Though I understand he could not help me, he was very stand of fish and he seemed like he was activated by me asking questions, when I just wanted to figure out how I could get help if he couldnt help me. Instead of referring me to a specialist for my issue or even explaining what type of doctor I needed to go to he told me to " google it". I was in so much pain and When I scheduled my appointment I clearly explained my reasoning for needing to see a doctor, so I could be consulted for surgery. This was the worst experience Ive ever had at the dentist office. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

I recently moved to Parma, and needed some dental work done. Turned out, I also needed my wisdom teeth removed. Within a short series of visits, I was able to quickly and expertly receive fillings, a crown, and have those pesky wisdom teeth removed. The procedures were quick done very well, in my opinion. The support staff at this location is phenomenal, and Doc is friendly, and knows his stuff. It was an overall great experience. Oh, and Doc will work with you on pain management, and whatever else you might need to be comfortable - fear of needles, pain, etc. Theyll work with you, seriously. I dont need any further work at the moment, but if I do, Ill be going back. (If youre curious about pricing, I thought that it was on par with being one of the more affordable compared to family members work at other dentists, but I did not shop around for price.)

several years ago .I had a crown placed , it fell out 2-3 days later, I came in and the cemented it back in place. It fell out again and they re-cemented it, because they had a weird look on their face that something was wrong, and kept saying I dont know why it keeps falling out, everything will be OK. I got a second opinion, turns out the dentist killed the nerve and that was why the post would not stay in . cost me 1500 dollars for an implant. I know things happen ,mistakes are made, but ,be a company that can be trusted and admit to your mistakes.

I have an old crown that cracked off. I need an extraction, bone graft, implant insertion, post, and finally a crown prince placement. They took about 2 dozen X-rays , cat scan (Which I already had a recent copy) The oral surgeon was not available. I would have thought he is the key! Oh, and I waited forever for them to make up the estimate. I got a very keen feeling that there were too many chiefs and not enough Indians. And the price was the highest of all the 5 places visited. I would not go back to this place for any dental treatment.
