Most professional and friendly office there is! Not many people like going to the dentist, but Drs Paul and Andrew Whitten and their staff make it a pleasure. The hours for appointments are very flexible and they always manage to get me in quickly - even if they cant do it when I first call, they watch for cancellations and slide me in sooner. The office is very clean and quiet. Though they dont specialize in kids, I have taken both of mine there from the beginning and they love picking out their "prize" after a visit. Cant say enough about the high quality of care and service - this is one of only a few places I go where I get more than I expect.

In my job, I have moved 9 times over the past 27 years. After each move, Ive found it most difficult to find a good dentist. Paul and Andrew Witten are two of the best dentists that I have found and would recommend them to anyone in search of a great dental office. Their staff is friendly, experienced and always makes each visit pleasant. They are also very experienced at working with insurance companies and can tell you in minutes what your portion of the service will be.

I have been going to Dr. Witten for almost ten years. I never have to wait more than 10 minutes. Usually less than five. The staff is always courteous and they always remind me when I have an appointment. If I have to change appointments at the last minute there is never a hassle and they do their best to get me in at my convenience. Love the convenience and wouldnt keep going if they werent so darn good at what they do and always polite & courteous.

I started coming to Dr. Wittens office based on a friends recommendation! I have had the most wonderful experience in their office! He is gentle, resourceful, he calls me after every major appointment to check on me. His staff is wonderful, I feel so at home at the office and I am extremely picky so if I like a place, that really says a lot! Thank you Dr. Witten for everything, Ive never been happier with my smile!.

Ive been going to Dr. Witten for the past two years and I love the office and staff. Ive been to a few other dentists since moving to Jax and I was unsatisfied with them all. I was recommended this office from a friend and its been great. Ive been wearing invisilign for the last year and I am very satisfied with both the care Ive received and the results I can see. I highly recommend this dentist.

Dont waste your time with this place. They dont care about their customers. I went to get a temporary crown and it fell out the very next day and they told me to put toothpaste in it. They have hours to where you can even get in without taking off work. Their website says 5:30 closed but every time I call they hesitate and tell me close at 4:30. Bunch of lazy people that dont want to be there.

I have been going to Dr. Wittens office for several years and have always been greeted with a smile by the staff. The hygentist are great, my teeth and gums have never hurt after a cleaning. I feel they are honest and are not trying push you into services you do not need. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

I have been seeing Dr. Andy for 15 years. Our insurance changed and I went to someone else ONCE. I hated it and went running back. I was willing to pay full price for his awesome care. He and his staff are very calming. Great place for a person who is terrified of the dentist. like me.

Awesome first time appointment. Had a basic cleaning and x-rays taken. The staff was friendly and while the cleaning was thorough it was really efficient and I was in and out in just under an hour, with no wait time at all. Plus they validate your parking. Cant ask for better!

The BEST dental office in Jacksonville! The staff is always friendly, always on time (Ive never had to wait!) and know what they are doing. Star is my favorite hygienist (or assistant). My teeth are always sparkling white after she sees me. I highly recommend them!

Just got my permanent crown--fits horribly--looks terrible--the temporary crown fit my bridge perfectly but I was told it was impossible to make the bridge fit the permanent crown. Im in pain now and my bite is horrible. Goodby Downtown Dental!

Dr. Witten is awesome. Many people that worked in my building downtown all went there because it was so convenient. I dont work downtown anymore, and still drive down there to go to the dentist! Everyone is really nice and make you comfortable!

Always do a great job. I have sent everyone from my office there, and everyone is always completely satisfied. The hygenists do terrific work, and the doctors are always professional and caring. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I searched very hard to find a good dentist in Jacksonville FL. Dr Witten and his staff are very helpful and super nice. I enjoy going to Dr Witten, which you rarely hear about a dentist. I would recomend him to anybody!
