I would just like to say that I was not dissatisfied with most of my experiences initially. However, I am a single, working mother and Ive transitioned jobs in the last year and had a few challenges with his fathers insurance. Circumstances required I reschedule some appointments, but my bills were paid and I was seeking the care my son needed. That being said, I just received a letter ending the dentist-patient relationship with myself and my son because of this. I find this laughable and sad, that a dentistry is so stuck up and pompous on its own self-importance that they would decide we were not fit clients for their oh-so-posh practice. If you are real, single or working mother with a life and challenges, I recommend you go somewhere else. This place assumes you must be stay-at-home and have an unlimited bank account. Heaven forbid you have to wait a month to accrue the $180 they charge to crown a cavity, after insurance. Because, you know, most of us just have that kind of money lying around.

Dear Dr. Mason & Bean Tree Pediatric Dentistry, As I reflect upon my experience in your office, I thought I should share my experiences in your office. I feel compelled to let you and your staff know what an outstanding job you do and how comfortable you make me feel, but more importantly my boys. I thank you for your professional work you do with such a caring and compassionate heart. Every time my boys have been in your office from routine cleanings or an emergency Saturday night call - to fix a chipped front tooth, you have been truly amazing. I appreciate Bean Tree, the staff, but more importantly Dr. Mason for always providing a wonderful experience each and every time we come in to the office. Thank you! Tabitha, Grady, & Trevor

Having waited too long for my daughters first dentist appointment, I finally took her to Bean Tree. She required quite a bit of work to get back on track, and I was fearful that shed be uncomfortable (at best) with all the work to be done. But she didnt complain at all! In fact, the folks there make her feel like a rockstar, which she obviously enjoys. Everything in the office is geared toward making your childs experience pleasant, while still educating them (and us adults) on the importance of dental hygiene. Toys, songs, rhymes, blankets, sunglasses are all a part of the visit, and even the x-rays are a piece of cake. Youre not going to find a more perfect place to take your child.

First of all let me start off by saying I love everyone at Bean Tree. I have never once had a bad experience there. I have a 20 month old son who can be a handful at times but they have always displayed great patience and a nurturing sensitivity that shows me they truly care. In fact they often go out of their way to try to make him laugh and smile. They have beautiful facilities, stacked full of toys, coloring books and games to keep the little ones entertained while waiting to be seen. Which I don’t believe I have ever waited more than 5 mins to be seen. I love this office and I’m so glad I found them. If you’re thinking about bringing your child here you won’t regret it.

My 3 year old had her first dentist appointment with them last week. I was slightly anxious to see how it would go, considering she wasnt familiar with the dentist. Right when we walked in, the staff was very friendly. They made it seem like she was a special guest and she even got a Bean Tree Badge to "go into the back." The waiting room is super kid-friendly with books, toys, a huge bean bag, a movie playing on the TV...it looks like a kids play room. Then back for the appointment, they involved her in every step so that she was comfortable with it. They gave good education and motivation. They werent invasive at all. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I recently had the pleasure of taking my four year old daughter to Bean Tree Pediatric Dentistry. This was her first visit, and upon entering their office I immediately felt reassured that I was in the right place!! We were brought back right on time and greeted with a smile from the front desk. Her visit was fun, informative, and relaxing. The assistant Malessa stayed fully engaged with my daughter and Dr. Masons warm voice and soft approach help to ease any nervousness my daughter might have been feeling. I would highly recommend this office! My daughter continues to talk about her visit and asks daily "When are we going back?" -A very happy dad :) JH

THE BEST customer service experience I have ever had. Bean Tree "gets it" and excels at all levels: welcoming to parents, making your child feel comfortable, communicating perfectly... they actually make going to the dentist a pleasurable experience. They are thorough, make it easy, make it comfortable and make it fun. It doesnt feel forced or fake like a means to charge more (its very reasonable) and it just feels like everyone there enjoys what they do and wants the best for your child. My kid is getting outstanding care and is genuinely happy about going to the dentist. Well played Bean Tree.

We took our 4 year old and they were fabulous with him! We waited much longer than what we should have to have his first dental visit. The reason; our boy HATES loud noises, things messing with his head, etc. We were so worried that he wouldnt be prepared (and that the dentist office wouldnt be prepared for him!) Bean Tree Pediatric staff were WONDERFUL! He came out of his first visit smiling and happy! We had to take him back to have a tooth pulled and Dr. Jodi Mason was so patient with him! I cannot say enough good about this office. Great atmosphere, great staff! My highest recommendation.

I cannot say enough good things about this office. My five year old LOVES going to Bean Tree! The front office is friendly and helpful, always with a smile. The hygienist we saw was patient and fun. He gave her silly glasses and she giggled for most of her visit. Dr. Mason is soft spoken and gentle with some fun thrown in too! They are all the perfect combination of relaxed, fun, caring and knowledgeable. We had an excellent experience. My daughter had so much fun getting her teeth cleaned and I just love that! :) Best pediatric dentist and team ever!!

Both of my girls (ages 3 and 6) had an amazing experience at Bean Tree. The entire staff was friendly and helped calm the girls fears. The hygienist, Ansley, worked wonders with everything from "painting teeth" to getting them to wear their "rockstar" glasses. I left feeling completely informed of their oral health and the plan for each of them moving forward. Because of their previous experiences with the dentist, I was apprehensive. The staff calmed my nerves as well as theirs. I cannot send enough thanks to the entire team!

Theres so much good to say about Bean Tree that I dont even know where to start! My boys love it here (and so do I)! They have had not so great experiences at another local pediatric dentist office, but our experience at Bean Tree has been nothing but amazing! The staff are so caring and make the kids feel right at home. I just wish they would see adults, because I would love to go there myself! I would highly recommend Bean Tree to anyone looking for a friendly, down-to-earth pediatric dentist office!
