I stopped going to this office because I needed to have a crown replaced and I have received terrible service. They put a temporary crown in, which cracked after one day. I wasnt sure how that would affect me, especially since I was scheduled to go out of town within a few days. Since the crack happened after normal hours, I called their after hours line and got someone, who took the information, but never heard back from the dentist. I figured that I would hear from someone to let me know if I had to come in or not, but I didnt. I went on my trip, and everything was fine. When I got back, I called the office and the lady who answered the phone said I would be fine to just wait until my appointment for the permanent crown to be put in. A day or two before my appointment, I received a call, which went to voicemail. The message informed me that they had to cancel my appointment for the permanent crown and they would have to reschedule. Ive called three times to reschedule and had to leave a message all three times. No one has called me back to reschedule. Im assuming that they have billed my insurance company for this, plus I paid my portion of the work. Ive rescheduled at another office. UPDATE: Today (6/23/16) I was able to get a visit to get my permanent crown put in. The new dentist is much more personable and seems to enjoy his job, unlike the previous dentist. He put my crown in and explained to me that they were aware of the problems and they were working to correct them and the place is changing for the better. I had a much better experience this time than my previous two visits. I hope they continue to improve and make it better.

Everytime I get a filling, well it comes out; I always seem to bite down on something hard months later. Why is this? What happened to the fillings that were put in many yes ago that stayed-that I actually still have in my mouth??! I hate going to the dentist and is terrified of the dentist, I dont enjoy having to keep making appointments to correct work. My last experience there- the dental assistant didnt know what she was doing; she couldnt remember what the dentist told her about my teeth, which made me feel very uncomfortable and even more scared. The dentist told me I needed to get my tooth pulled and advised of only getting a bridge- who wants their neighboring good teeth shaved down for a bridge when a dental implant is another possible option that I didnt know about until I went to another dentist, plus the implant is cheaper. Then My other issue wasnt even addressed.. I just left and will go someplace else..

If I could rate a negative I would. They have TERRIBLE service as a walk in and a scheduled patient. I arrived at 9am to not be seen until 10:30. The dentist comes in for less than 5 minutes tells me what needs to be done I agree to the service then he says it will be another hour and a half before I can be treated after already waiting an hour and a half to be greeted. They sent in theyre manager and shes no better. Shes VERY rude and unprofessional. I dont see how shes even allowed to be a manager with that attitude. I wouldnt recommend anyone to this place. Theres only ONE dentist servicing 10+ people trying to do extractions, fillings, and more. Its just TERRIBLE. Cant schedule an appointment because theyre 3+ months out cant come in as a walk in BEFORE they open its just a bad business. No point of excepting walk ins if they wont be serviced in a timely fashion because they dont have an appointment.

Terrible service they overbook are unorganized. Make you wait for hours and then act like nothing is wrong. I am sorry but these dentists need to be reviewed by some authority. Taking peoples insurance money and acting like they are doing you a favor because you came in there. No one should come for services here. I went to the Shaker Hts facility. The dentists see the people waiting for ever. The dentists need to make customer service a priority. If your office staff is this inefficient you should do something about. It is hard to believe the office manager nor the dentists see something is very wrong.

Terrible service my daughter had root canal had a lot of pain and issues then paid for a crown I called back three months to see if crown came in went on Friday waited in waiting room twenty minutes to find out machine was down then came back Monday to find out crown was not right so had to get mouth set again several hours later they put in temporary crown big joke took about 45 minutes to get done and out in ten minutes crazy if I didnt pay out of pocket for crown I would definitely not be going back.

Made an appointment over a month ago to get an evening slot, only to get a call 2 days before telling me that they have to reschedule. Had to call back twice because I was left on hold and forgotten. When I finally talked to somebody, they told me that they just stopped doing evening appointments. You would think they would honor their existing appointment. Clearly, customer service is not something they are concerned about. Thanks for wasting my time. Ill go somewhere else.

This is the worst place ive been too. I had two appt waited both times over a hour to be seen. Was ready to go ahead with the dental plans we discussed. Office manager carla was suppose to give me a call to set everything up finacially its been a week and I still have not received a call back have left numerous messages, no response. Talked to many different office personnel and no one could help. I will never go back or recommend anyone there. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE.

The problem I have is that they hardly ever answer their phones. No matter what day or what time I call, I can hardly ever get an answer. If you need to cancel or reschedule or ask any questions, good luck getting a hold of them! They also have called me days before to cancel appointments made 5 weeks in advance and then scheduled the appointment for 4 weeks later saying that they had no sooner availability. This resulted in 9 weeks of waiting to be seen.

I just moved here from florida and i am very pleased with this dental office. I just got all 4 wisdom teeth pulled and despite the pain after i have another apointment for a deep clean and a root canal and crown everything has been scheduled and done within a timely fashion and i am happy with the service i have recieved
