I have to say Dr. Westhafer is an absolutely wonderful, friendly dentist. My issue is with the office. I recently had a procedure done and gave the receptionist cash toward my bill before I left. An hour later, she called me and told her I shorted her $20. I find this to be highly unprofessional. I have never heard of anything like this before in a professional environment. I even had a receipt saying I paid the full amount! I will continue to go to this dentist because he is an awesome dentist, but I will only pay with a card!!!!!
