This place is very poorly ran. The front desk is extremely rude. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Ive tried to be patient with this place but Ive had enough. I transferred care somewhere else simply because of the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This place needs to be shut down. I asked for my familys records to be sent to my new dental office and it took them months to get it right and they still couldnt get it right. I went to pick up the records so I could give them to the new dental office and they told me they only give a copy of the x-rays. Any findings from the dentist isnt included. What happened to continuity of care? This place doesnt have it. The front desk women are rude. They all look like they hate their jobs, and the worst part of all, you can hear them discussing patient information. Does HIPAA not exist in dentistry? I feel for anyone who continue to use this place for dental care. My family will NEVER come back to the Northcoast Dental in Maple Heights.

They Dentist and the assistants are very nice and friendly but the front desk can be very rude I travel for work so sometime I may not be back in time so I called to let them know and the lady got very snippy as if I was doing her wrong I felt that was very rude it happened twice but each time I called in before my apt. She then tells me they cant make me a new apt. I have to call and see if they can fit me in like there doing me a favor so I am taking my buss elsewhere where it will be appreciated

I am going to report them to the BBB, because they are always overcharging me for services. The first time I didnt notice because I had two insurance companies, but this time I dont. Pay attention to your bill. Sure customer service in Brookpark is great, Southgate is okay some days. If the are in a preferred network why is it their billing system not set-up to deduct the correct percentage?

I Love them at the front desk, Very caring and understanding have not met a bad attitude out of no one as of yet. Keep it up ladys and my doctor is the best of the best 10 years and counting as a patient.
