On July 22 I came in to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted. And while I was there it was nice. The staff was kind and it moved along in a timely manor. However after leaving and the meds wearing off 1 of my incisions was extremely painful more so then the other 3. As the days went on it was still consistently painful but the others had gotten better. After 3 days I called and tried to talk to someone about it. I kept getting sent to a voice mail and I would leave a voice mail in hopes that someone would call back which I never received a call back. Day 6 I call and ask the secretary if I could talk to someone. She says she will transfer me to the person that can help me as she has done everytime I call. I told her I never get to actually talk to him I only ever get his voicemail (his name was Adam or Alex or something by the way). She said well if you leave a voice mail he will get back to you. I proceed to tell her I have left a voice mail everyday and he still hasnt called back. Im in alot of pain more than I should be in. She said she will make sure he talks to me. When I speak with him and tell him whats going on he proceeds to just read me the list of care instructions they send home with you. Im not an idiot I know how to read. This isnt lack of me caring for myself. They say if I want to talk to the surgeon I have to call on Monday(this was a friday). Over the weekend Im in so much pain that I go to state care to see if they can help because the meds arent helping at all. They tell me there is little they can do I have to talk to my surgeon. I call back on Monday and have to leave a voicemail agian. Never recieved a call back. After this everything I call its the same cycle. Weeks go by and Im still in just as much pain as I was in befor. I can barely eat because it hurts to move my jaw. Never receive a call back. Not even once from all the voice mails I left. I try to get into other dentist offices but no one can fit me in for at least a month or so. Fast forward to Sept. 12 and I can feel something hard in my incision which has been open and bleeding this whole time. Later that day a large chunk of tooth comes out of it and I immediately feel relief. Later another large jagged price comes out and a third piece that night. There was half a tooth left in my mouth for almost 2 months!!!! No help from these people!!!! I was convinced I was going to be in pain for the rest of my life. Never will I ever come here again and I would never recommend them to anyone.

After many years of having two of my bottom teeth missing, due to an accident, I went to Hudec dental and had this problem corrected. The staff ( Milojka, Billie, Nicole, Heather Sabrina and Sherry ) were so wonderful, they treated me like I was there only patient. I was taken, step by step through each procedure before hand, asking if I had any questions, during the procedure they checked to make sure I was not in pain and comfortable. When it came time to have the temporary bridge fitted, Milojka spent painstaking time going over the implant to make sure it was right (it was much better than right, it was a perfect match !! ), Billie came in to check on me, because I had shared with her how the accident happened and she knew this was a very emotional time for me. When it was time to come back for the final fitting, Milojka was their watching over the procedure like I was her daughter, she made sure I was totally satisfied before I left the office. On my way out of the office, the staff hugged me and allowed me to cry on their shoulder, because this chapter in my life was finally over. Ive received follow up calls to make sure everything is good with the bridge and that Ive been able to adjust to having it. I am VERY thankful for the entire staff at the Canton, Hudec Dental office and would not go any where else. Words could not express my gratitude to: Milujka, Billie, Nicole, Heather, Sabrina and Sherry. Ive not smiled this much in 40 years.

I took my daughter to hudec for her braces i personally have been scared of the dentist my whole life but from what i saw it was a welcoming place the employees were nice and put a smile on our faces until i decided to have some general dentist work done then i realised its not the same people i had an appt. At 3 i set in the waiting room for almost an hour finally i got called when i get they did my x rays and i needed some feelings that was the purpose of me being there so i set in the chair for about an hour then he sent his feeling lady in to tell me that they had no more time for me after i was there for 2 hours i said i dont think so i have been waiting for 2 hours so to make a long story short i wish i didnt make him do it he tought me a lesson he only did one feeling on the top and put so much numbing agent in. my right eye is effected by it, it is now 9pm and i still cant eat and my lips wont work to even drink all of this because i didnt let them brush me off oh well i guess joke on me right lmao that was so funny after knowing that i am scared of demtist.. Two days later the right side of my face is bruised and swollen looks like i got punched in the face never had this effect after a feeling lol so funny

This is the worst dental office I have ever been to. The first time I went I was referred by my insurance so gave them a try. The dentist was rude and not caring at all after I told him about my anxiety with the dentist. He ended up doing a couple fillings and told me I would have to come back. Went in today, he wouldnt even look at me and looked at my charts and told me I would have to reschedule because he was backed up. In my notes I told them his attitude stunk my first visit and assured me he would be kinder. The only response I got was "why are you back if we were so mean the first time"? I was livid and ended up walking out. Trying to schedule my apt was a nightmare. Kept getting voicemail and then finally was unable to even leave a VM because box was so full. Their customer service sucks and so does their attitudes. The Dr was pissed and yelling at the girls because he was over booked, not their fault the scheduling office doesnt know how to schedule. After today I will be emailing corporate. Dont go here ever.....

If I had a choice Id give them BELOW ZERO STAR, unprofessional from the secretary that gives appointments ( she gave me an appointment sheet with no date on it) to the dentist, they all suck at their job. They pulled 3 of my teeth out claiming that they are causing me pain and the pain is now even worse, I just come to find out that the pain is caused by an other tooth(#14) because it had a hole in it. The dentist is trying to do a route canal on an already capped tooth and I mentioned to him that I dont want the stainless steel cap anymore because I can taste metal in my mouth, he pulled the old cap out, he started the procedure on the route canal and now he is trying to put an other stainless steel cap on my tooth and when I refused it, he claimed that he had discussed it with me since day 1 when he never did and last he refused to finish my route canal. I am now in twice as much pain as when I first got in their office.
