Horrible horrible place do not get dentures here you will go and be toothless cause when it comes to dentures they dont know what they are doing ..... now they are telling me that I can come get my plate and leave so they arent even going to see if its right because they dont know when he can see me I asked for an appointment a week in advance and thats what I was told , I am reporting them individually and the office as a whOle these people do not need to be open he leave patients in the middle of a procedure goes to the other side of the office and start the procedure on another patient he lets his assistants do procedures they are not trained to do such as realignments on dentures and such but theyre not trained for when I have my teeth extracted and they allowed a 14 year old around 14 year old work on me and while they were extracting my teeth. The Denture process supposed to take 6 months can you get your permit at 1 and its been over a year for me they still keep trying to use the original place that has broken teeth on it they didnt fit to begin with because the mold that they use was already a year old to begin with and theres only supposed to be a month old

Worst dentist office Ive ever been to. I waited almost 2 hours to be seen, once seated, the assistant taking bitewing xrays had no idea what she was doing, kept telling me to bite down when the plate wouldnt even fit where she was putting it, very painful. Then was told my insurance would only cover a basic cleaning "like brushing my teeth at home" and anything deeper would be 80 dollars. The whole point of my appointment was to get a cleaning, so I went back into the other room and all she did was brush my teeth with the instrument...didnt scrape plaque, clean around my permanent retainer, floss, nothing! The place smelled like mold, there were dead bugs all over the floors in the dentists rooms, candles were lit everywhere (probably to mask the scent of mildew). People walked out and left because they had been sitting in the chair in the back for over 2 hours without being seen. Staff was frazzled. NEVER GO HERE!!!

After waiting two hours for my 87 year old dad to see the Dentist, the Dentist ask how I was doing so I mentioned that I had been waiting for over 2 hours. His response was an arrogant, "Well you know I am a busy man" like no one elses is? Only his time was of value? They literally have TVs in the exam rooms because they know before you get there that you are going to have a long wait because of overbooking. Dont go here. Also, they do not have a wheel chair ramp and I did not see a handicap bathroom. Old, stinky, dirty office and building. For such an important man his office looks like her rents from a slumlord. Seriously.
