TERRIBLE service. I came in for the first time, on time. The receptionist was eating a salad and talking to me as she ate. She belittled me for being 5 minutes early instead of 15 minutes early because I guess I had to fill out some paperwork prior to my first appointment. After my appointment was over, which the dr spent maybe 5 minutes with me, said I had to make a separate appointment for a cleaning which is what I wanted in the first place, they had one person checking everyone out and making appointments so I had to wait 20 minutes just to leave. I will never go back.

Ive been to 4 different dentists around Orlando trying to get a tooth pulled. Ive been completely jerked around for months with a broken tooth that kept getting infected. I had to go to an emergency room 3 separate times over the last few months, just for pain and antibiotics. This place was the opposite of that. They were fast in getting me set up with my new insurance, understood my emergency and saw me an hour after I called. They set me up the next day for sedation and extraction. Dr.Plank was friendly, fast, and professional. I would highly recommend this place.

Dr. Plank was amazing. I was very nervous about getting my wisdom teeth taken out, but him and his team kept me smiling and laughing from start to finish. They made sure to explain everything they were doing and to answer any questions I had. The team was so great, and I have hardly any pain even though I had 5 teeth removed. I would highly recommend them! Although the ladies working at the front were a little short with my mom and I, and I wasnt very happy with their customer service, Dr.Plank and his team made up for it.

Poorest customer service ever. The ladies at the front desk sit and yap. The dentist was more like a cashier rushing to check patient out. I felt no compassion from the dentist and personally I would not go back. I want to feel like a valid patient. I called after a filling with issues that I had and the girl who answer the phone told me that the doctor sets a lot of people so he cant personally answer my questions. Never in my life heard that before. Paying all my money and cant speak to a dentist directly. Horrible

Got my boyfriend an appointment as a new patient the same day with a surgery for the next morning. With both appointments he was taken back in a timely manner. The office is clean and modern with an area for children on one end (which my son and I appreciated while we were waiting). The hygienist was caring and helpful when I picked him up and even helped me get him out into the car as he was still quite loopy. Would definitely come here again in the future.

From the moment you walk in you feel like youre somewhere nice and modern, a different feeling from a dentist office. I would highly recommend this place based on my experience. Dr White, very friendly and I really could appreciate his honesty.
