Well let me see where do I start? 2 weeks ago I went by to find out some information about getting some work done. I have not been to this place since new owners took over and Doctor Morales left the practice. Its funny how you go to the website and still see Dr . Morales listed as the primary dentist, this is false advertisement. She left this practice and its being run by a bunch of idiots with no type of professional courtesy. Well back to my experience, My first encounter was with a nice well spoken lady at the front desk I believed her name was Dema really professional caring and well spoken. She was able to address all questions with a smile . I decide to go back the following week to ensure my insurance covers any work , and to make an appointment. Now my second encounter was not as pleasant as my first encounter. I met with another lady I believe her name to be Jasmine, totally opposite to the first one she did not wear a name badge she said her name so quickly failing to make eye contact. when I ask her for her name again she then repeated it as if she regretted being name Jasmine. She continued to conversate over the phone while I waited to be acknowledged once again. she spoke on the phone for at least 5minutes without any further interaction with me. After 5 minutes of waiting she actually looked up at me and told me she will be with me when she gets a chance. At this point I looked around in suspense, I informed her this is kind of rude? she looked up at me and just shrugged her shoulders, with a no care attitude I was in disbelief. Prior week I was given great customer service by Dema the receptionist /office Manager I believe was her title. this was the main factor which made me give this place a try since losing Dr Morales: Now my encounter with this unprofessional idiot Jasmine was the straw that broke the camels back , Once she finish talking to whoever she was dealing with over the phone which may I say must had been a personal phone call since she was too busy laughing and giggling and ended the call, with I see you later when I get out...I requested to know who was in charge of this practice, since I wanted to let Management know of the experience I encounter. Jasmine replied back stating the office Manager Melisa was fire the receptionist was also fired I am not having good day. I replied to this idiot its not my business to know who was fired I believe this should had been kept confidential as a client this is not my business and I should not have been made to suffer. Again I asked Jasmine could I speak to someone in charge? she actually snap back at me stating she was in charge. At this point my blood was boiling, I told her this type of service I just received Is unacceptable for any business. I would like to speak to Dr. Morales or any real professional office managers such as the first one I had encounter Dema so I can voice my concerns. Now this idiot of a lady replied back to stating Doctor Morales is not in charge and Dema was a receptionist who was fired, I would have to wait to talk to a Holly ? I storm out of this office disgusted with the service I had just received. The only reason I left one star for my review is to at least honor my first encounter I truly believe in fairness and giving credit where it is due. I am writing to let Who ever is In charge of this Dental office will never see the likes of me or anyone I know, I will pass the word to my friends and family to surely steer away from this dental practice. To who ever this Holly is and what if any connection she has to this practice this Jasmine lady should be fired for the treatment and service she has provided I believe there will be more service issues due to her unprofessional behavior. Its also a really smart ideal to tell your staff they should never discuss private office matters with clients such as personal being fired I dont know what Melisa, Dema and Doctor Morales did to get fired but this should had never been mentioned this is a potential law suit. Clients dont need to know this.

My husband and I have been going to this dental office for over 5 years now and I must say that every office visit leaves us feeling very satisfied with great customer service and professionalism by all staff member including Dr. Morales. Dr. Morales is very knowledgeable in all aspects of dentistry and has an awesome bedside manner. I would highly recommend everyone to give this office a try and you will see how your expectations will be exceeded. Very important to note: very clean office and strict procedures are followed when it comes to sterilization of equipment and materials after each patient.

I had recently moved to Kissimmee with my family, so we were in search of a new dental office. After being referred to Reflections Cosmetic & Family Denistry by a family friend, I will never go to another dentist office again. The customer service as soon as you walked through the door was amazing and they made you feel comfortable no matter the service you were receiving. Dr. Morales was extremely informing and personal. I would recommend this dental office to anyone I come in contact with.

My experience was amazing! The receptionist was extremely welcoming and Dr. Morales is very skilled at her craft. I left there feeling a little numb but very happy because before the appointment I was experiencing awful tooth pain and a few days later my teeth felt GREAT. I felt like I needed to leave a review because this is by far the best dentist my family and I have ever been too and I look forward to my next appointment. It was definitely a 5/5 experience.

Reflections Cosmetic & Family Dentistry is a remarkable dentist office. The ladys at the front desk are so polite, and helpful. Dr. Morales Is so nice and truly cares about her patients. I know when I go to get me teeth cleaned, or cavities taken care of, I am in good hands. Its always a pleasant experience, and I highly recommend coming here!
