I had a good first visit, but am having a hard time dealing with the office staff now. Additionally I am waiting to hear back if I can "choose" just the local anesthesia for my sons for cap treatment. Initially I was told it was my choice, but when I said no to the general (Hydroxyzine) anesthesia and laughing gas (nitrous oxide) everyone is hesitent and "needs to get back to me." Now they will not work with ANY of my children (not even the babies for cleanings) because told them I do not want my son given hydroxyzine AND nitrous oxide.... in addition to local anaesthetic (Novocaine) Am looking for a dentist who is still doing to work with just local anesthesia on children Ps. I have to to add, that I have very calm kids who are not in any wild or ill behaved. A tad nervous to be at the dentist? Sure. Maybe even a bit tense, but very obident follow instructions well.... If the dentist workING with them is calm, friendly and pleasant and local anesthesia would never be an issue..... They are by no means kids who "need to be put out"

Had a hygentist who took a 9 month course say they wouldnt see my daughter cause she had lice. Took her to the pediatrician as soon as we left and they laughed but did inspection anyways. I called from there and the hygentist had the nerve to argue with registered nurse of 25 plus years. Then get snippy and put her manager on the phone. Never got an apology. I honestly think they still think they were right. My poor daughter cried the whole way to the dr. She is young and doesnt know any better. No wonder they dont let you go back with your kid. They are going through kids heads now? Pretty sure thats beyond a hygentists scope. Lost a long time customer.

DO NOT take your children to this dentistry. Went to the one in Wilkes-Barre. They do not allow you to go back with the children, so if the children are scared, nervous, as a parent you cant provide comfort. You tell your kids to go back with complete strangers who are going to put needles in your mouth and hopefully not molest you. The customer service is horrible and you can hope to get someone who can some what speak English. DO NOT GO.

Worst experience EVER! Wilkes Barre office visit. after waiting 1 1/2 hours to be seen (mind you arrived on time for appnt) was asked to not go back with my 4 year old. I said this was not an option. I was then refused treatment unless I complied with "the office policy". Office manager came over to explain the policy and stated again I was not allowed to be with my 4 year old son. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Very concerned about all the caps instead of simple fillings. We were comfortable at the begining with the Scranton office but now very upset. My Grandaughter was at her 3 month visit and I was told that a small blemish from 3 months ago on a tooth now has to be capped? This will be cap # 5 ? Why not a simple filling? Top much to put a child of 4 yrs old through. Need a second oppinion.

Friendly, courtesy staff. Love all the dentists, especially Dr Wezmar. My daughter has been a patient since an infant. I am very confident I choose the best fit for her. They are patient, kind, and explain everything to her. She has a million questions, and they always take their time to answer and make her feel important. We love smiles 4 keeps.. they are a keeper for our family!!!

Bad experience left the children a lot of time with the gas until they start the treatment and make repairs without you consent They left a piece of tooth to my son after an extraction and. After i call for make a appt. To they remove it then they told me that they would not accept my son anymore and that i need find another dentist to extract the piece

VERY rude staff. I made a call to make an appointment and right off the bat the desk person said I couldnt because one was made and my child was a "no show" when I asked when was the date she couldnt give me an answer... I suggest if you are not accepting new patients be honest from the start.

Dont miss an appointment or they need to call children and youth also they said my son was doing well when my son came out he stated that he was screaming and crying due to the pain and they wouldnt take it easy
