Omg! This is the worst dentist office ever. I made a call in mid September for a Oct 21 appointment at 11:15 am. When I arrived for my appointment i was told that I missed it because it was scheduled at 8:30 am. Ms. Nancy at the front explains to me that she called and confirmed on the day before she also said she left a voicemail. I was really confused because I never received a miss call or a voicemail on my phone. So I left upset and disappointed knowing that I was not valued as a customer. My husband called and complained he also ask for a manager to get me rescheduled but the response to that was there was not a manager on duty and I would have to wait a week or so for another appointment. We are waiting on the call back from the manager. So I remain in pain and now i have to find another dental office because basically my appointment that I made prior to coming in was not honoured.

I have been searching for a new destiny ever since my employer has changed our dental plan, causing me to leave my former dentist. I called on a Friday morning hoping they could fit me in because of a concern that I had. They scheduled me for an appointment at 2PM that same day. I had to fill out a new client registration form but was taken to the back exactly at 2PM. Debbie was my hygienist and it was the most comfortable cleaning I ever had. She also gives pleasant conversation and provides advice during the cleaning. Dr. Bruno then followed up with more advice addressing my concerns. My teeth feel great and Im excited to have found such a professional office. Very happy to call Mr. Bruno my new dentist! High recommended!
