The customer service was terrible. They had two people on the sales floor and both of them ignored me for about 5 minutes standing at the front desk. Then the one grudgingly got up and showed me to the waiting room. The appointment was at 5:00pm, and I wasnt seen till 5:45pm. When I was seen the doctor kept trying to push the optomap, but insurance didnt cover it. She got short with me when I said I couldnt do it. She dilated my eyes and sent me out to find glasses and get helped by the two on the sales floor. My eyes started throbbin looking at the bright lights. I looked around for some direction but the two ignored me. I sat down and waited for the doctor to come get me. Finally, I finished the appointment and went to order my glasses. One of the ladies was already helping someone. She finally turned to me and had me have a seat at another of the tables to wait for her. Keep in mind I am not pushy so there was no throat clearing, no tapping foot, attitude etc. I sat there and waited. When she was dome she saw another person walk in and proceeded to help them. The other one finally sat and helped me. She insisted that only the frames of the glasses are covered not the lenses. I was confused as my insurance has no copays. I had her double check and she still insisted that it wouldnt be fully covered. As we were finishing I asked her how much it would cost me and she said, "nothing out of pocket." In a very irritated fashion. She told me that the glasses would be ready the next day. I went in and asked if they were ready after 4 the next day and got a speal on how the edger went down but would be fixed the next day and they would call me. Now a week later I still have not received a call saying that they are done.

I scheduled an appointments for 3:40. They sent e-mail confirming the appointments and then called my cell phone. I missed the call, but called them back a few minutes later. They said they needed my insurance information. They told me to hold while they connected me to the person who needed the insurance information. After a few minutes on hold with an annoying beeping sound repeated every so many seconds, I was connected and gave my insurance information. I got e-mail saying that I could either enter my personal information over the web or I should show up 10 minutes early to fill out forms. The web page did not work, so I decided to just show up 10 minutes early. I arrived slightly before 3:30 for my appointment at 3:40. They took me in for the pre-screening promptly, but then told me to take a seat in the waiting room to wait for my exam. At 4:30 they had still not gotten to me, and I asked to see the manager. It took them 5 minutes to get the manager. The only excuse was "today is the busiest day of the year". It seems to me they should know how long exams take and schedule accordingly. I would expect that if they confirmed my appointment, then they would get to me sometime near the scheduled time. If they are overwhelmed with appointments because it is the busiest day of the year, then I would expect them to not give me an appointment. I would also expect that if they were running an hour behind, they would tell me that when I show up so I can make a decision whether I want to sit around for an hour, go do something else at the mall for an hour, or reschedule the appointment. I hope to never do business with Visionworks again.

Do not visit this location for service. There customer service sucks ass! Seriously, no courtesy or sincerity as a health professional. I wished Ive read reviews first, however, they were fortunate that I was in the area shopping with my fiance and Ive decided to make a purchase and eye exam. When I picked up my glasses an hour later, I requested that my new frame be adjusted to my comfort, however, the staff decided to bend them in front of me knowing she needed to warm the plastic frame so it doesnt cause the likelihood of cracking it. (I know this because I was a optical technician before). Afterwards, I got no "thank you" or "youre welcome". I left disappointed. An week later after having new prescription glasses, I realized it was too blurry. The sphere for both my eyes were quite a difference compared to previous. I was unsatisfied with it along with previous incident, so Ive decided to bring them back for a refund today. When I got there, I was quickly greeted and expressed my dissatisfaction with the glasses and exam. I requested a refund and guess what? "Our system is currently down. Youll have to come on Tuesday." Really? Why Tuesday? Your doctor is only here once a month, too? Wheres the reassurance or customer satisfaction guarantee Visionworks claimed? None here, Ive learned. And still, I have these glasses that does not help and a taste of poor customer service. In all, theyre unprofessional, untrustworthy, and insincere. Ill NEVER recommend them ever.

When i scheduled my appointment for this location, they were having deals with the $10 eyes exam and the buy one get one free glasses. Melody was the person who helped me, and she was horrible!!! Lack of customer service. She didnt explained anything to me as I asked her questions in regards to my frames and lenses. I asked her how much i would have to pay out of pocket after my insurance, the number that she gave me was so high, i almost paid over $400.00 after my insurance cover. The lady that did my eyes exam indicated that my vision was not bad at all, and i only need glasses at night when I have to drive. i didnt believed that it would cost that much when she stated that my insurance covered all my frames cost. I asked her to go through the bill that she was billing me, all she did was handed me the receipt. I almost walked away from her, but i wasnt rude enough and i have a lot of patient dealing with these type of people. I just hope she will be smiling or be more active with customers. And that she would explain that the $10.00 eyes exams and the BOGO would only work if you dont have insurance. I AM NOT GOING TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN, and i would NOT RECOMMEND this place to any my friends or family.

I went in 4 weeks ago to exchange a year supply of contacts I didnt like for a new brand. After about 2 hours they finally decided to refund me the whole exchange then order me new ones(i still dont understand why it took so long). The lady said she would call within a week for pickup of the new supply. I waited 10 days before calling to see if they were there. A worker (i think named isaac) said they were just waiting to receive them and would call in 2 days. I waited another week and still heard nothing. I called 3 weeks after my original visit and the same worker said I never ordered a new supply..even though he told me I did last time I called. He said he would call the next morning after speaking with the lady who helped me the first visit. He never called. They never call when they say they will and none of them have any idea whats going on. Dont waste your time here. Go somewhere else.
