While Dr. Stephenson herself was polite, she spoke extremely quickly and was not listening to what I was saying at all. I mentioned I was going into medical school and she continually called it a nurse practitioner program. I corrected her on three separate occasions but she referred to it as an NP program four more times. She was clearly thinking of something else while she was with me which makes her seem like a fairly distracted physician who might miss something vital in a more important situation. She was also 45 minutes late for my appointment and spent no more than ten minutes with me. I found the same problem with her staff - I mentioned what I was coming in for and the nurse/medical assistant started the process for a yearly exam even though I clearly stated I was not in for that exam previously. Her staff was fairly standoffish and were borderline rude. The waiting room was also messy with trash on the floor. This was my first visit to Dr. Stephenson and I will not be going back.

Dr. Stephenson is a great physician! She is thoroughly knowledgeable in womens health, but as well has a great bedside manner..if u are looking for a physician who will answer all of your questions at your appointment and not rush u out, shes the doctor for u. It does take a little bit longer to get an appointment with her, but when u are the best and women know it, of course thats to be expected. Once u have your first appointment, your days of looking for a great physician are over!

I love this Doctor but I can not get through their phone line!!! I have called SEVERAL times and have been on hold for 15-20 minutes. I am looking for new doctor because I can not even book an appointment!
