I have been with this group for over a year. I transfered to them when I was 14 weeks pregnant with my first son. I was high risk with Type 2 diabetes, and Dr Barnes and the other physicians treated me as if I was a member of their family. They refered me to ROC for my prenatal care, which is standard in high risk cases. I think the world of them and would highly recommend them to any of my family friends, or anyone seeking an OB/GYN in general. Be careful of negative comments. They are usually left by people who dont know what they are talking about or by people who are noncompliant with their care. I can only speak for the downtown office. Very professional and caring staff!

I will never recommend any doctor from N FL OB. I have one month left for delivery. I am high risk, gestational diabetes and having a miracle child. I was discharged yesterday because I could not pay my balance in full. They told me that no other doctor will take me. I am on blood thinners and run the risk of having a still birth and their main concern is getting paid in full? I told them I could pay $50 a month and they declined and rather discharge me. Thanks for leaving me high and dry Dr. Boyd and N FL OB. If anything The ROC is doing all the work and all you do is measure my belly and look at the info they send you. I will never recommend you!!

STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE HONESTY!! Just another doctor more concerned with profits rather than having pleased customers. My wife went in for a visit and told the doctor that she was self pay and she didnt want anything that needed a lab test. The doctor followed that up by asking if she wanted everything done recomended for the visit and failed to tell her that they include lab tests. Now we are stuck with lab bills that my wife clearly told them she didnt want. The office says they got us a discount on the lab test and that settles it. They wont give us any compensation because they are too concerned with profits and we are stuck with the bill.

I personally love Elizabeth Regan Thomas at this location. She listens and takes her time to address all my concerns. Sure they run behind sometimes but its probably due to the lack of parking so most people run late, and they actually take time to listen. The message system for nurses are a beast but I deal with it for the quality of care I receive. Just wanted to leave an opinion so people know the care here is great and not to avoid them simply because of the stars. You just have to weight the positives and negatives. For me the positives win.

This is one of the most unorganized frustrating doctors offices Ive ever been to. Three times now Ive had ergent situations requiring meds and all 3 times the nurses said they were going to call me in a prescription and never sent off the prescription, 3 times!!! The process for calling back multiple times and having to wait on the phone for 20 minutes at a time is absolutely ridiculous. You have to hassle them and xhase them down on the phone to do their job. I dont recommend this office at all and am currently in search of another OBGYN.

What a joke. First visit to this group with my wife, extremely long wait. It seems they overbook their appointments to account for no shows but the people that arrive pay for it. Our appointment was for 2:30pm... its 4:18pm... we havnt been seen yet. Edit: Live tweeting this.. 5:17pm now... nurse said another 45 minutes till we see the Doc. Rescheduling the exam so that we can get our other kid from day care. Pass on this place if you can.
